Went 3:30am absolutely hard bread very hard to chew end was burnt , turkey was so dry high regrets not worth the 24 hr better to starve.
Open all night so that's great. Fresh food and they have baked Lay's
This subway is absolutely terrible. I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience. If you’re going past 10pm be prepared to be made felt like a burden for disrupting their “busy” nights cause your hungry. Ordering from Uber eats? I hope you’re not hungry for a solid 2 hours cause that’s how long it takes to prepare an hour. The customer service is absolutely terrible here. It’s disgusting and quite honestly I don’t know how this place is still open. They need an entirely new team or some serious Attitude adjustments. The worst service imaginable
This place is excellent! Open 24hrs for unlimited convenience. The food was fresh, as well. Worth a visit!
Always a great place for any meal of the day! Friendly staff!
Open 24 hrs but they usually turn the toaster off around 2am
Place is pretty clean, but can't say the same for the food quality. Bread stale, toppings freezer burnt, processed cheddar cheese dried out, food area, not cleaned. Just stay away I beg you
They don’t answer the phone. I was trying to amend my Uber order
review date: december 1, 2021customer service dates: dec. 1/21 and ongoing since 2015this subway store is a 24-7 operation, which is a tremendous asset if you're a shift worker coming in at night, or if you need to grab some food to keep you going on overtime hours when literally everywhere else is closed.this store does consistent business at night which makes it worth their while to stay open at night. parking is available nearby and further within the plaza.my favorite picks are the meatball sub and the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. the store does have daily specials-each day a different sub is featured at a discounted price.positives:-24/7 access-good selection of subs to choose from at all hours of the day.-prices will range all-in from $5 to $12 depending on 6-inch or 12-inch choices.-better alternative to greasy hamburgers and fries-subs have been consistently of good quality ingredients and assembly on my visits. ?-staff are polite, with limited english. they try to move the orders as best they can; they are not fast but not slow either.-store is consistently clean inside.-during covid the store had hand sanitizer and partitioned plexiglass to protect the workers and customers.cons:-can get extremely busy during the day.if you are tight for time and know what you want, phone-in your order to cut the line.-prices can get a bit high when taking on a more expensive option; can get over $12 all-in.bottom line: i would use the subway @ royal windsor/ford drive for meatball/chicken subs when needed. i would recommend this store to others also.
I'm a vegetarian. While my sub was toasting, the sandwich maker started making another sandwich and scooped up chicken breast and then bacon to make another order. When mine was done toasting she was ready to start putting on my toppings with the same gloves. I had to ask her to change her gloves and I could see the annoyance in her face with this request. What's the point of wearing gloves then?
