Aundria clearly doesnt know what good customer service is. She was very rude to me. I asked for a little extra milk in my coffee, as it was darker then usual. She said "we'll do it this time but not again". I said "I just want a little extra. Why would you give me a hard time about that?" And she said "WERE NOT GOING TO DO IT NEXT TIME. OKAY!?" Worst experience I've ever had at Starbucks. She was also in the back talking to one of her co-workers before this happened. While her other co-worker was on the floor struggling to get drinks made. I called customer service and they sent the feedback to the store and compensated me $15.00 on my starbucks card for this girls mistake. Thanks Starbucks!
Ive always loved the service at this starbucks! Today, I had an issue with my cup and the drink spilled in my car. Went back in to get another, and without hesitation the team got me a replacement and even upgraded the size. No charge. Absolutely phenomenal service all the time ❤️❤️
Extremely happy that this is my local Starbucks! The staff are the kindest i've ever seen at any location, they always have a positive attitude and they love making conversations!They also bring out cups of water on a hot summer day(the patio is pretty big and cozy/lots of shade)The drinks are always well done! They also never run out of anything which is the best thing ever!The washroom is always clean, the store is always clean!It's a small store and it really makes it feel like a small local coffee shop!Can't wait for summer break to hit to get fully loaded on all the frappuccinosFun Fact: You can ask them to make a "surprise frappuccino" for you and it's almost always amazing! Infact, I usually get some of the best drinks ever!
Just want to share my experience at this location. I live in Toronto and work at Oakville. The excellent service I received and experience here is exemplary that is because of Danika she is amazing and I have been to other starbucks locations but never met someone like Danika. Starbucks is very lucky to have her. I will not be surprised if she becomes one of the store managers, although I will miss her but I will be so happy for her. She is a great manager and Lidija is great as well. Come to this location and you will experience a WOW factor when Danika is in. Thank you Danika for introducing me to my favorite drink right now.You are amazing !

I went into Starbucks today at Third Line and Dundas in Oakville. (Feb. 13, 2022 at 11:30AM) I ordered the Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso, specifically with LIGHT ICE. I have ordered it before with regular ice and it takes up the whole drink. So I know now to ask for Light Ice EVERY TIME. However, this store did not read the label that said Light Ice and they gave me Full Ice (pictures included). This means I got 3 sips out of my drink and I paid $6 for a pile of Ice. I won't be going back to this location ever and it makes me wonder if Starbucks is even worth going too anymore. Especially after a few bad experiences with them not getting my drink done correctly. I am finally saying something because Starbucks is expensive and I'm not wasting my money on something that is unsatisfactory.
Nice, quiet little coffee shop. Each time I’ve passed by, they nail my order and the staff are beyond pleasant. I appreciate the small talk that I have with some of them while they make my drink, it helps to lighten the day and it’s small things like that, that really make a customers day!Thank you Starbucks, the staff here deserve every inch of respect! You can tell they take pride in their jobs, as they should!
Staff is not very friendly nor attentive and has little patience in explaining their products. Poor customer service.
