I placed a mobile order, asked for light ice, got a cup full of ice. I always ask for light ice and other locations don’t put this much.But, the cashier lady was nice.

Every time I go here, the staff have no manners. They don't greet the customers, and rarely go out of their way to make any form of a connection. I've even been there, when the staff openly discuss not liking specific customers, and go out of their way to not have to serve them. Very poor customer service. I feel bad for the 1 or 2 employees there who actually put in an effort
You really need to tell your staff at this location to not wear perfume. Every time I take a sip of my coffee I picked up at the drive through window all I can smell is cheap perfume. Stop wearing perfume please!!! It’s disgusting

Bad customer service since Darryl left. What a poor upper management decision to get rid of him. Used to go everyday. Now, I rarely visit but everytime it's bad customer service. Just waited in line for at least 5 minutes, in line behind 2 Starbucks employees, and the first drink still wasn't made so I left. What happened to customer first? They've never heard of that concept
Horrible customer service and attitude.Good and courteous behaviour is given with all Starbucks except this one.After placing the order and paying for it, I stood by the pickup window for 5-10mins. After waiting when I asked if order was ready, she responded no, “we don’t have it, you want something else”No apology for making me wait and taking the wrong order. I asked for a refund instead, manager came in, no apology no courteous hi.I think staff can probably do better if it had a better manager
