I don’t usually write reviews. I would give this Starbucks a zero star if that was possible. Went in around 8am, got out around 8:20am. Was supposed to be a nice treat after a long and stressful commute but quite the opposite.Flops my spinach sandwich without closing the bag, falls off when I pick it up. At least this came out fast.Iced shaken espresso took forever. Barista kept saying “where’s my lid, where did my lid go” (you need the lid to the shaker to make this drink) while prioritizing other drinks. I had to check in to get my drink and the drink spills out onto my hand because the barista didn’t make it properly.Meanwhile, there are four baristas doing nothing but standing at the back, providing no support.
The worst starbucks ever. Worst customer service, waited in drive through for 30 minutes, they have no respect for customers time and was so empty when I went inside. If there was 0 stars Id give it that.
Terrible customer service. Super slow no idea what the barista was doing but definitely room for improvement in the future I hope as I do enjoy the Starbucks franchise.
Fantastic work space with lovely staff.I’d kindly suggest replacing the toiletry in the bathrooms as people are unlikely to publicly ask for “TP”.
Maybe under staffed here. I waited almost 20 mins in the drive thru. Thought it was the customer in line issue but nope super slow service
I have always experienced excellent service at this location, and I especially want to recognize Sandy who is just incredible. Super friendly and helpful!
There might always be some kind of misunderstanding or confusion with orders, but taking care of it like this location is rare and incredibly satisfying. Excellent customer service, above and beyond. Thank you all people working in this location. You are the best!
I ordered regular blonde coffee with quarter cup of oat milk. Every other Starbucks location substitutes to oat milk for free. Apparently they said we charge for quarter cup of oat milk. They told me if you want oat milk in your drip coffee, you have to order cafe misto drink which costed me $5 something. This is so strange and not expected for starbucks. Never coming to this location again. If I could give a 0 star, I would.
On Dec 25, 2021 at 11:30am my partner and I ordered food and drinks ahead of him through the app. People were waiting for their orders inside the store.My partner (a person of colour) went inside and was immediately told to wait outside because they were at full capacity, so he waited outside. The system for picking up orders was very disjointed and confusing. Then two people left the store which meant that they could then take more patrons inside, so he went inside. The same staff member raised their voice and rudely told him wait outside again... even though our food was waiting in the pick-up area. So he went outside to wait.I (a white person) wanted to see what was going on because this made no sense. I walked in and stood at the back and not one staff member told me to wait outside even though they all looked at me. Why was my partner singled out and asked to leave TWICE, but they allowed me to stay inside to pick up our food and drinks without any issue? I sincerely hope it isn't linked to racial bias. There really needs to be an organized system in place for this to work, especially given we're in a pandemic that doesn't seem to be going anywhere any time soon.
