This location is seriously bad, they literally can't make a difference between Americano and regular coffee, I asked for a regular decafe and used my points to pay, I made sure like three times to avoid mistakes, yet they charged me with 300 points for two drinks instead of 100!! That is theft. And the customer service refused to give me my points back. If the bar tender is so lazy and doesn't want to make the decafe one then don't list it and charge people for decafe American, they are NOT THE SAME, TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER
I think it's grossly unfair to make your employees keep wearing masks. We already suffered long enough. Let them make their own informed decision.
Ordered a drink via mobile at least 10min before getting there, but order still wasn't made even after parking behind the building, had to wait another 5 min when getting in.

They do not know how to make drinks at all, especially chai tea latte every single time it taste so bad. I got attitude from one of the girls there just cause I kindly asked if she can make my drink again. Dorval is so much better
Literally do not ever go here. When i ordered they literally left out the pup cup i order for my dog, and they messed up the size and drink i ordered and made me re pay for it. LIKE HELLO ANOTHER $8 ABSOULUTLEY NOT. AND when i re ordered it they actually messed it up again, i was just so angry i left. also some of the workers were rude, and i would get it if they were stressed out and it was busy, BUT IT LITERALLY WASNT. if i could i would put negative stars. go to the one on north service road, the staff is very sweet over there.
Need to do a little cleaning, not what I was expecting for Starbucks. Countertops were dirty especially pick up area. Also need to post something going out the side door, there is at least a 4inch drop without warning and someone could take a serious fall.
There was no drive thru here. They do have a nice patio if you like to sit outside.

Just got a coffee from here and it’s completely sour and rotten - took 20 minutes to get in the first place. Check the expiry on your products please!
