Had asked for putting sugar in my coffee 2 days in a row but they dont seem to care! Charge 6 dollars for the coffee no problem, but make sure to make a good coffee as per customers needs! Tim hortons does a better job for half the charge! That first sip feeling was not good at all!

the message *light ice* didn’t get across so there was less milk, making the whole drink taste like a fat cup of straight syrup.. Drink tossed and probably won’t return.

Personally I’ve always had a good experience when coming here. When walking through the door and hearing hellos, offering to remake a drink if it wasn’t up to standard or to my liking. And always enjoy speaking to the staff. The management here are doing a great job. Thanks guys!
Staff are awesome, always super friendly well organized speedy efficient always get my drink right and go the extra mile to ask me about my day and do their best to make sure I have a great one. I came in last night and both baristas on floor were so sweet. I remember Jade. I didn't get the other Barista's name. They were a good conversationalist though. Very entertaining people as they serve and make your drinks! I'm a barista as well so it was fun watching Jade foam oat milk ?
Slow drive thru. Can’t order ahead or in store. Only by drive thru. Staff are nice. Don’t go if in a rush.
