We were a party of ten persons including kids. We were greeted well, seated efficiently and promptly and the composition of our party noted. We placed our orders on the menu iPad, and service was prompt. The food taste and quality was extremely good. Since it is a sushi place, with an all you can eat system, we kept ordering diverse dishes. The service was cheerful all the time.Definitely a place one can visit again and again.
This place is astonishingly an epic fail. The biggest epic fail is their service. The servers lack the minimum training and knowledge that qualifies them to serve in a restaurant. We were 6 at the table and they just kept placing dishes on one end of the table. They made room for other dishes, literally, by pushing other dishes away from the other end.No one in the restaurant cares about your satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is extinct. Just pay, eat and leave. Table setup, customer services, and the overall experience are nothing I’d love to try again. Finally, and most importantly, food is way below average. The same lack of interest in service clearly appears in their dishes and the presentation. The only thing I ended up eating was salmon sashimi and it was actually fresh and good.If you wish to go out for a family dinner, just like we wanted, please don’t visit this place as you will end up messing up your night and your kids’ night.
Wayyyy overpriced. $40, plus tip for dinner on a weeknight. There just isn't a single element of this restaurant that can justify that amount. The ambiance is kind of nice, but not $40 meal kind of nice. The food isn't bad, but after trying a lot of different stuff, there wasn't a single dish that stood out to me. There were some decent things, but nothing great. So I mean, as a standalone restaurant, it's probably more like 3 stars. But when I think about all the better places I could've spent $40 at, I feel a bit bummed. Also, I think that August 8 is better than this place in every aspect, for pretty much the same price. And even that place is overpriced.
Look at the pic of the Caprese salad, just complete junk, this place used to be a good spot for sushi. The wife ordered meatballs with cheese and literally 3 microwaved meatballs came out with a 1/4 slice of kraft sliced cheese. The sushi was dry and pre-made.Do yourself a favor and go to Wind Sushi in streetsville.
The ambiance, fresh delicious foods and the services were excellent, it's highly recommended but needs reservation, this place is very busy especially on the weekends.?
The service and food started out so good, but the second it got even a little busy they started bringing us food we didn’t order, we had to ask several times for the food we ordered and our server pretty much disappeared. When we asked about our food, it was clear they didn’t care and wanted us out. I have never in my life tipped less than 20% but could barely bring myself to tip the 5% that I did. If you can’t manage the patrons that make reservations then stop seating people.
Quick service and great value for money when it comes to sushi platters!
Worst time ever at spoon & fork today ! Don’t waste your time or money on their all you can eat on a weekend!! We end up spending $400 and we didn’t get the food we ordered. Their was so much confusion and the food kept coming at such long intervals that by the time the food came we lost our appetite! The portions were so small that we kept ordering and ordering and still the food wasn’t enough. We only spent time ordering and could not have quality time. There was no option for a la cart. Since we had a larger group a la cart would have been lot easier for us but they didn’t allow that ! WORST WORST WORST!!!!!!!! experience after spending $400 plus mandatory gratuity and they had not even one word or 1% discount for our discomfort. All they care is just put us, we don’t cate for customer experience!!
Delicious Food & Good service
