Food is good from a non-Thai perspective. Recommend green and red curry. So food is 5 star. There are way too many fruit flies. When asked about this, the waitress said she knows but can do nothing about it. Maybe time to call pest control. So environment is 2 star. Service is nice but infrequent. Only added water twice, both upon ask… so service 2 star. Overall 3 star. Hope they are doing better.

This restaurant provides Thai fine dining in Oakville. Pai Thai is one of the best in Oakville. Must try. Others are also above average. Satay is just average. The price is quite expensive, comparable with top Thai restaurants in Toronto downtown. Recommended for big events, but not regular dining.

Halal place - great appeal. BUT, mismanagement at its level best. There were only one or two servers, burning their heels to serve the whole restaurant of may be 40-50 customers. Food took about 45 minutes to be served, the salads had no nuts, the curries had no nuts.Food still tasted great but if this restaurant calls themselves a Thai restaurant, they should probably take that honor off of their schedule and understanding.I would give the customer experience a nil, and overall rating a 2, but it is what it is.. Food tasting absolutely amazing, and the chef of the house should get bonus or promotion.

Hands down the best Thai restaurant I have ever been. The way they serve the food is a little different so beware, they bring out dishes as they are prepared but most authentic Chinese also serve this way as well. Food is absolutely amazing so it's worth that small annoyance. Staff is super friendly and decor is beautiful. Great place!

Went there with friends for a dinner ... the food was excellent and service good. The Pad Thai was to do die for and I also tried their Tamarind chicken Curry. Amazing.. A must-go for sure.

Discovered this romantic place in downtown Oakville and enjoyed the ambience a lot. The spicy vegetable soup was indeed spicy and flavourful at the same time. Thai spring rolls tasted great and was very crispy? Vegetable pad thai noodles was a bit sweet though. The quantity is comparatively lesser than other Thai restaurants and is a bit expensive. Good place for date nights.

Went for a late lunch/early dinner and we were the only ones there. Designed for fine dining dinner and not lunch. Tasty food but service was slow (got water 10min after arriving, food came 20min after that and there was only one other small party dining at the same time).Curry doesn’t come with rice and is already overpriced ($18) so you pay $3 for rice on top of that. We weren’t able to sit outside though there was plenty of seating, so that was disappointing. Sat inside and it was so dark, we had a hard time reading the menus. Maybe service is better for dinner, but it’s unlikely we’ll return.Overall, overpriced food for the quality of service.

Very good service and decor. Elaborate Menu options are available. Drinks options are also great. Little pricy but food was tasty. Prior reservation recommended. Parking is not available

I would NOT recommend this restaurant. the customer service here is alway a hit/miss but this time around it was exceptionally bad. It took 2 hours for the food to come out. The waitress did not once give us an update on when the food would be ready. When we asked, we were told it’s “busy.” Water was not refilled, waitress did not come to check if we needed anything. This restaurant was more concerned about fulfilling online orders and very little, if any, attention was given to ensuring the food gets out to diners in a timely manner. When the food arrived 2 hours later, the chicken with oyster sauce was bland and watery. Raw broccoli was thrown in making it a very disappointing meal. The Thai iced tea had no milk in it. The pad Thai was decent. We did speak to the Restaurant Manager who apologized and advised us she would follow up with staff regarding the issues that we, along with several fellow diners expressed. The restaurant manager along with the lady at front desk were running around fulfilling multiple roles to be fair. While she was kind and offered us a free dessert the next time around, I would never go back due to the lacklustre food and horrible customer service.

The service is very bad. And the food is horrible, we ordered one soup and the rice, there is nothing in the soup only three shrimp. And the rice is just fried rice I can not taste any different than normal fried rice. For the garlic shrimp, there is no side only 7-8 shrimp, so salted, it takes $20. While I am waiting for a seat, I saw the lady use her bare hands to hold the ice to make the drink. Front desk service told us they have seats but the kitchen is so busy we need to get the food after one hour. Another waiter says is not right, they even get an argument. It's a really bad experience, I don't think anything worth it.
