Came here to treat my mom.Asked for Tahina in moms shawarma and fries in both ours. No instructions were followed. The guy making the shawarmas didn’t pay attention to ours and instead cared more for his Arab friends shawarma who ordered after us. Not coming here again, I used to love this place but the service sucks even tho they tried to be nice about it and the owner is a very nice man who explained the guy is new hence I am giving 3 stars otherwise it’s 2 star.
A local mom and pop shop, which we shall all support.First time there, with my 2 kids who are new to shawarma. Extremely friendly lovely management. Received free chocolate, for all 3 of us.I've eaten enough shawarmas, just last few weeks alone, to tell the chicken wraps I had were made with ?. It's different when the owners are there doing it themselves.The place is not stellar looking but it's clean. It's slightly convenient store style where you can buy chocolate and toothbrushes.They had 2 choices of wrap, pita and raj. They were both great. I believe they have additionally grilled their wrap with extra oil for that extra crispiness and tasty aroma. Health conscious folks will need to be aware. It's got all the toppings and sauces available, unlike Lazeez locations who are missing the pink turnips.Overall, I'm happy with the food. A small local business that Oakville residents should support.
Love the food and the service. Manager, ABDUL QADIR was amazing!!! He treat us with so much respect, treated my little daughter like a princess and gave us good suggestions for the food.Will come back and refer others for sure.
Shawarma is okay but bread isn’t tasty so took from the whole experience. The pickles were terrible which is a basic thing to do right. Overall, not an authentic shawarma by any means. Customer service was good though.
Ordered a falafel wrap and chicken shawarma wrap. Not only were they delicious, but the gentleman helping us was so kind, accommodating, and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Communicated how long the order would take & offered us candy while we waited. Recommend.
Tried their special on chicken pita over the black Friday weekend for $3.99. Size-wise, it was neither big nor small. The quantity of toppings and the taste was just OK. Customer service of the person taking the order was good. The restaurant from inside looked like a grocery store with lots of grocery items on the shelves and a take-out counter in the back for placing orders. The whole experience was just average.
Ordered some platters for a group party.The packing and presentation of the platter was amazing.I am a vegetarian so I tried vegetarian options - falafal saj family pack and falafal on rice family pack.Both were really delicious.Highly recommended restaurant not only for individual or family outings but perfect for group gatherings ??
This place is amazing! Abdul was the guy working at the front and he was very helpful. I ordered the saj meal and it was delicious. Full of chicken and flavour and it came with a free pop so that was sweet. Would highly recommend to everyone !
Very small portions in Shawermas. Very light. Chicken was old and not freshly cut. Was previously cut and chpped sitting there.Not filling at all. For the price, many other better options available.
One of the best shawarma places in GTA (I’ve tried at least 15-20 different places). It’s a friendly and generous staff at this place.
