Staying at a hotel in the area and we stopped in for a late weekend lunch. The restaurant is huge and beautifully designed. The menu is very good and they cater to Gluten free. It's so good I ordered it for a late night takeout the next day! It's very reasonably priced and service is very good while not in your face.

Avoid if you are vegan - no vegan cheese, no vegan salad dressing, no vegan pizza. Vegan Fail! ?We called ahead to confirm they had vegan options. The lady on the phone was very accommodating and said within reason anything can be made vegan. My 5 year old daughter and I get seated only to find out from our waitress, that they don't have vegan cheese and none of the salad dressings are vegan. And none of the pizzas can be made vegan. They had just 1 pasta and a plate of greens if we wanted vegan food. The waitress was not even sure they could make the bruschetta vegan. The pasta was very good and the bruschetta was tasty. But the fact that she was very closed to the idea of customizing anything, didn't align with what we heard over the phone.Overall, we have no reason to go back.

The experience that I had at Scaddabush recently was great. The main offerings at the restaurant are Italian such as Spaghetti and Gnocchi as well as other mixed dishes like Pesto Shrimp, and Pizza. The food quality was great and it matched well with a great atmosphere, great service, as well as timing for all items was fast. The server Frank from the time that we sat down to the moment that we were leaving was available and he went over and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience. Frank also was personable and made us feel at home.He also supported us with the rewards app and along with him and his manager Kellen provided us with the discount despite the application not working.Overall I would recommend Scaddabush if you’re looking for a good quality Italian meal along with excellent service and a great atmosphere.

Tonight was our first experience dining at a Scaddabush. Natasha was friendly, knowledgeable, and also very prompt with service. The food & green sangria were fab but her service put the whole experience over the top. I would not hesitate to return when we are visiting Toronto.

Absolutely one of my top fave restaurants. The food is always fresh, hot, and fast. What I really love about this location, though, is the service. Staff are always friendly, quick, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. I have said something vague like, "I'm in the mood for something sour, but non-alcoholic," and the perfect drink (which may not even be on the menu) will arrive.Sometimes, my dinner partner and I will be debating dessert after a full meal, and the server will sway us by describing the most delicious-sounding cheesecake. (We lost that fight. ? )They are also honest about prices, give little suggestions about how to alter your order to save a bit of money, and there is 0 complication when it comes to splitting a bill.On a personal note: unfortunately, the receipt from my latest meal got wet, so I'm unable to confirm tonight's server's name, but the tall, older gentlemen with the glasses and shaved head has waited our table multiple times and he's always a delight. ♡ Thank you for always going out of your way for us, Cheesecake Husband! ??Thank you, Scaddabush, for always being something to look forward to. ♡

The bread items are always enjoyable, but I recently tried the tilapia (the healthiest option I could find) and was quite disappointed by the flavor profile. The menu describes it as ‘herb seasoned’, but I can confirm that the fish tasted dull and neglected. The pool of oil at the bottom of the dish didn’t make the experience any more comforting. For $30, I expected much better.

5+ star for the menu, atmosphere, and food... 1 star for the service. We were forgotten about multiple times at our table by our waitress, we had to keep reminding her multiple things she would forget, we ordered glasses of wine and weren't told about the half price wine bottle special until after the fact, and our server wasn't very attentive. We specifically asked for a dry red wine... she recommended the house wine and said it is very dry and didn't seem confident in her answer, but it was in fact quite sweet and we had to send it back. I expected a lot more considering the prices we paid.

We were a party of 5 and Frank was exceptional! A bunch of us had different allergies and Frank made us very comfortable by taking care of that. The food was amazing! I loved the spaghetti puttanescca and the Sophia pizza was really tasty too! The pineapple Spiritz was the best given that I wanted something light and refreshing ?Keep up the good work, Frank! We will come back again soon!

Some decent food options for whole family. Their kids menu is well priced at around $12 with pizza/pasta, drink and ice cream. The serving time was horrendous it took us almost 2 hours from getting in, getting our food and then moving out and not like we ordered anything fancy. 3 people came to apologize as food was delayed more than 40 minutes. By that time my kids were done and our appetite was killed.
