Avoid at all costs - horrible..compared to their other locations. I hardly ever give a 1 star ...but this location is just bad quality since 2 months after they opened.Paid for 5 shawarmas and came home to only 3. the lamb shawarma had no veggies which it typically does. smaller portions. the fries were a joke for 5 bucks. barely enough for 1 child. the chain is on a down hill trend it's all down hill from where it was even a year back. but never will go back to Milton location. now I have to spend emails back and forth to get a refund of order I didn't receive. food just looks gross.. like no one cares to make a proper shawarmaMost days they don't even take orders after 4pm..sitting and twiddling their thumbs. Only online orders
I’m not sure what some of these 1-star reviews are on about… the service was great, the food was excellent, and while the price point may be higher than what some reviewers seem to expect, the portion sizes are more than fair. It does take a little bit of time for them to prep it, but they are up front and honest about telling you this prior to taking your order and asking you to pay. No issues at all for me here - will definitely be back again!
Nice staff, no complaints about service. Shawarma Wrap and Pop was almost $15 that's way to over priced. It had lettuce, tomatoes, onions, chicken and the sauce..... Lazeez, Osmos, even other mom and pops cost less for more
Worst shawarma ever, big pieces of onions and tomatoes, no flavour at all. The guy used a heavy duty foil to wrap the shawarma which actually ripped the pita and everything fell apart, didn't even grill the wrap. I would not recommend this place.
Ordered chicken shawerma with rice. Quantity was ok but quality was extremely bad. Shawerma was oily and tasteless, rice was cold, and the person serving was disrespectful and impolite !
What was once the best Shawarma around has now lost its positive reputation..The place has become dirty inside, and the food quality is not what it use to be. They don't arrive on time to cater to the lunchtime rush.. There have been more times than I can count over the past year that I've gone there for 11:30 / 12:00 and they're either not there, or the Shawarma / Rice is not ready yet... The owner / father needs to come back, as the kids are doing a very poor job. This place is going downhill fast...
This is the worst shawarma I have ever had.
While I understand the pandemic has impacted many small businesses negatively, there is no excuse for not following public health measures.Gentleman who served me was polite and followed instructions, however he was not wearing a mask. Not sure if he forgot to put it on or didn’t care to. Restaurant also doesn’t have a tap option for payment, not hygienic for the current situation.Quality is not what it used to be. Food was not spiced the same, did not taste like an authentic shawarma and was missing a lot of the typical toppings they used to offer. Unfortunately this place is not close to what it was pre-pandemic.
I had chicken shawarma during lunch break from work as it is close by. After few month, I gave one more shot with my colleague, and again regretted my decision.Opinion of food: It is not an authentic shawarma taste. Both time we found that chicken taste bad.Service: Service is very good. The guy working there is cool and friendly.
I've driven by this place so many times and this is the first time I've actually gone in and tried their food. I can safely say there are chicken shawarma wrap is one of the best I've ever tasted. The staff is professional and friendly I highly recommend this place to anybody who wants to get their Shawarma fix
