We had a great time here. Our server was very nice and detailed. He even gave us suggestions.Us and the Kids loved the food. My husband had the pizza, my son had pasta and I had salad... Everything was delicious.I love their wall of photos.
We had an excellent time at Ritorno's. The service was excellent (our waiter was very kind and patient) and the food was hot and delicious. Sauces were tight and the salt levels correct. If you're looking for a nice spot to relax and enjoy some tasty Italian cuisine I definitely recommend this restaurant. We ordered many dishes and the portions were also perfect. Consider this place for a date night! Thanks again, we shall return Ritorno's! Mucho Bella!
A cute little gem in Oakville! We were craving some Italian food but could’t go too far cause of work, so we decided to check out Ritorno and were not disappointed! The food was good, the area was classy and had a cute outdoor patio, and the service was amazing! Everyone was super welcoming and kind, the waiter bought our food SO QUICK! And it was all delicious! We ordered the Linguine Pescatore and the Penne Formaggio! Both were absolutely delish! Also- this place serves HALAL chicken which is a huge plus! They also have an in-house chili oil that’s absolutely delicious! Great experience! We’ll be back!!
One of the best Italian restaurants in the area.Extremely pleasant and cozy place and a very attentive and helpful staff.The lasagna and the nonna gnocchi are just perfect, I recommend it to everyone!
My husband and I had our anniversary dinner at Ritono. Our host, Sam, was amazing and made this celebration so special for us! His friendly and kind approach and fantastic service made a real difference, Thank you, Sam! The food, Sangria and complimentary desert & espresso were amazing! We will certainly be back for the delicious food, warm atmosphere and Sam’s fantastic service! For anyone who loves authentic Italian food, this is THE place to try!
We ordered several dishes from the catering menu and picked them up to enjoy with the family for a nice dinner around the pool. Veal Parmesan. Lasagna, the famous gnocchi with rose sauce and two individual orders of fettuccini Alfredo with chicken. Everything was tasty and hot. The catering menus are designed to feed 4 so we had leftovers for the next day. I read online the veal dish came with spaghetti which I was counting on for the kids to eat. There wasn’t any spaghetti in the pan, but luckily they liked the gnocchi and there was enough to eat. I’d rate it a 5 star except for the outdoor patio overlooking a mall and highway. Not much you can do about that. We will definitely be back!
Wow! We are new to the area and found Ritorno when we searched for restaurants close by. The reviews we read were positive so we decided to give it a try. Wow! The food, atmosphere and service are AMAZING!! We had the tomato gnocchi … it literally melts in your mouth. It was extremely fresh and so flavourful. The tiramisu brought back childhood memories for my husband who grew up with an amazing Nona who made it … it has been years since he has had one that compared to hers, until now! Sam made the experience even more enjoyable as we reminisced about common childhood memories. Before we left, we made reservations for our next visit. Ritorno will be a regular outing for us, guaranteed.

We had a wonderful evening celebrating our parents 63 wedding anniversary. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Sam for going above and beyond to ensure that our night was memorable.
We have enjoyed Ritorno before but always have eaten in. Today we placed a larger order for delivery. I am trying to cut down on carbs so asked for extra vegetables instead of the potatoes. We got a call saying that the owner doesn't like to substitute so they won't do it but that they will provide extra vegetables for an extra $6.00. What a scam. This was never a problem eating in. We cancelled the entire order. They would rather lose $200 than swap out some potatoes. I won't be a customer again. There are plenty of restaurants that will accommodate me.
