They have consistently added ice to my smoothies when I have triple requested them not to. They did again today and when I asked if the drink had ice they said no, but when I had some, the smoothy had ice. It is one thing to just tell me no, but to consistently attempt to fool the customer is beyond deplorable. I would not recommend this specific store as the experience is specifically tagged to the one on Oakville place. Good luck to the future customers.

The 2 people working 5:15pm Mon. March 28th were fantastic. The guy was really friendly and welcoming. Kind and patient with the other customers that had a lot of questions. Quick and efficient!
Went today first time to get smoothie , experience was good till the young guy come and yell at me because I was away from other kids in the store just following the rules being a 6 foot apart telling me first time I should stay inside the store while there is no Sign where to wait for your drinking or pickup . He was really Unprofessional . I don’t know this behaviour is accepted by owner of the store . I think he still need more training or not to be stand front and serve customer like that . Also he said “ are you afraid to close to people “ I am just following the rules . Other staff just look at him with few customers was there too . Totally unimpressed
A little busy for my liking, but worth the wait. In my opinion, the best bubble tea around.
Great bubble tea, prices are a bit high but the fruit is fresh so I understand why.
Try their slushes/smoothies mixing different fruits. A pleasant surprise was strawberry mango. Do remember to ask for 30% sugar if you’re not into sweets though because their fruits are fresh (I.e. sweet already).
The team is soooo nice! The product is great but what really stands out is the people working their, will recommend and will return!!! Thank you guys and gals!
Loved their blueberry smoothie with strawberry bubbles. Their mango flavor is also amazing. Must try.
