It was our first visit, was a nice, bright and modern breakfast spot. The food was good. I had the black and blue and my husband got the skillet. The potatoes were delicious, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. We both ordered over medium eggs, mine came out overdone and they remade my eggs. The bacon was a joke, tiny slim strips of bacon and it was super over cooked. The sausage was tasty and the pancakes were delicious. I found it a little overpriced, however, this could also be a result of the pandemic and restaurants trying to compensate for lost revenues. The server was nice, however, kept blaming the kitchen staff every time something was wrong. At the end of the time, it's a team environment, just say sorry and move on. No need for, "oh what are these guys doing?", "Omg again?", "Oh the guys forgot".....do you not work here as well? It should be your responsibility to check the items as well. Especially the coffee cup that had lipstick all over it. I think because the food and environment were good, we would visit again and give it a second shot.
I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Pur &Simple. In this visit I had the Avocado Bacon, poached eggs were done perfectly and the avocado was super fresh. On a previous visit I had the Gourmet, and I have to say is the perfect option when you like salty and sweet in your breakfast, the best of two worlds!The staff is really friendly and courteous. Eduardo is great, always doing rounds to check everything is going well, you can tell making customers happy is his main priority. I 100 % recommend this restaurant .
Best breakfast ever, and best service. We had to wait, however, the greeters were so kind when they let us know that we had to wait longer, unlike the greeter at the Heartland branch in Mississauga, who had to tell us in a cold way that we have to wait for 2 hours in a weird tone while the branch is half full only!The manager of this branch is so kind and customer service oriented. So at our server Nadia was so so so great too! Love this place!
We went there a few weeks ago, the restaurant itself is nice, clean and spacious.Food was decent but not great, I had the Ham and Swiss Benedicts and I thought there was not enough flavor, the hollandaise sauce was simple, I had to add a lot of hot sauce to compensate and the Swiss cheese wasn't that flavourful.Service is where they lacked, we asked for water as soon as the food came out and the server confirmed that (along with my hot sauce) and the water never came, then it felt like we were being ignored when trying to get the bill, once she acknowledged us she still took some time to bring the bill.I will probably come back to try something else as I really wanted to try their drinks and some other dishes looked great but I do hope they improve their service.
Great food and service! Loved the Chicago Benedicts, if you are getting any Benedicts eggs I would recommend getting them with the spicy hollandaise sauce. I also loved the Green Giant smoothie!Overall a great place to get brunch! I'll definitely come back again ?

The food was amazing, big portions and everything was super tasty. Our server Nadia went above and beyond to accommodate any food allergies and the service was outstanding. Definitely will come back for Sunday brunch!

Took my mum for a birthday breakfast to the dundas branch. The place is very nice and ideally located.Food tasted good but it took a very long time for them to bring our food . They seem to be under staffed, we had to wait a very long time for our bill as well.I would love to go back but the waiting time scares me!Recommend dishes:Simple delight French toast are a must try.Garden fresh skillet tasted amazing. We topped it off with some halal grilled chicken.The veggie omelette was goodWaffle and fruit tasted alright.We also tried club sandwiches from their lunch menu but they turned out to be a little dry for my palette.
