One of the newer locations in Oakville. I went late in the evening as all the other Popeyes in the area are all closed by 9. Good service, great food quality and taste. Just what you expect when you chose Popeye's. Restaurant was clean, tidy and a comfortable dining area. Check it out.
Absolutely disgusting. The food tasted 3 days old. None of the meal was eatable, threw it all out. Not to mention that I’ve only received 4 pieces of shrimp in the meal. What a waste of money and time. Service is horrible waited over 50 mins for my order. Never again.
I have always getting trouble getting fresh food even if I request it. Sahil at this location is the one who would always listen. I am very sensitive to stale food or repeat fried so I come here only!
Fried chicken from here is unbeatable; less oily no mess no smell but perfect taste. Ambiance indoor is well done and service is excellent
Restaurant always dirty, always without food you have to wait 15 minutes. Food is great service is the worst. Waiting 20 minutes at 8:45pm on a Sunday? Just not prepared…I now avoid this place
Days old chicken sandwiches will be passed on to you, with extra salt to cover up the old chicken. Clearly values profits over customers. I won't be wasting anymore money here! I don't know what happened though, maybe there was a change in ownership or management, this used to be a great location a few years ago!
I requested a freshly cooked fillet and I was ensured everything is prepared fresh….. 2-3 minutes later my order is called out….. I again to verify asked if it is fresh and I was ensured yes it is……Having worked there over 2 years; no call for dropping the sandwich was made… and was really quickly called out to pick up. Now what I have is a cold sandwich and fresh fries(thanks for that)….
Terrible service. We ordered a sandwich and 5 tenders and it took them over an hour to give us our order when people ordering whole meals were ordering and leaving during that time. In no world should it have taken over an hour for such a small order. Do not recommend.
The supervisor name Mike is really a good person and helpful. I told him my problem that i am getting late for work and he gave my order on time even on rush hours. Cheers to his dedication and commitment?
I visited this location last week, and as it is always said the frst impression is the last one. I would say cleanliness, customer service and also the management was stupendously great. And I was served by the manager ROHIT, his way to expedite everything and keep control on everyone impressed me alot. Recommended to all ☺️☺️
