The customer service is constantly swift, lovely atmosphere, very welcoming staff members. I will come back again when I arrive in the area.
I frequent this unique restaurant many times because I like the special air that is exist in this place. The personel is awfuly cordial and experienced. The service is extraordinarily fast. Not to mention, the food they cook is magnificent. I ate there many times and I was always pleased. The expense is reasobable. I suggest this restaurant to to everybody.
Waited an hour and a half for our food with only two other tables there when we arrived. The side salad was not even chopped up vegetables it had full baby carrots and quartered tomatoes and onions. No one came over to our table to tell us what was going on. Service was awful, food was decent but definitely not worth the wait.
This is in the Monte Carlo Inn where I was staying. I chose to dine there as friends from Oakville had recommended it. The restaurant is not fancy and is not large. But, the waitress was very friendly. There were cheap meals and the steak was only $24. It was served quickly and hot and was delicious. Would be a great place to take a family. Since I was staying in the motel I received a complimentary breakfast from their buffet. A nice selection of fruit, cereal, eggs, pastries and toast. It wasn't the most extensive breakfast I have seen provided but it was all we really need.
Most main courses around $12-18, good choice & taste.. Only negative is that they do not serve very fast even though the restaurant is very small
We had the special chicken ceasar wrap with fries for dinner and complimentary breakfast the following morning good variety!
Were staying at Monte Carlo. Decided not to venture into Oakville and had supper here. Well what a lovely surprise. The seafood pasta was absolutly delicious. My husband enjoyed his steak and was cooked to perfection for him. Nice wine choices too. Reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant. Small and clean. Staff all pleasant. You won't be disappointed.
The food was good, but the service was so slow. I had lunch there a few times because of a work conference in their ballroom. It was empty, so it doesn't make sense why the service was slow. I wouldn't go back there, unless I had another work conference there.
