I love pizza pizza but hate this one. This is the third time getting wrong order and staff don’t know how to talk.. ZERO customer satisfaction. If would have option of minus 10 stars i would have givenThat or minus 100
Ordered pizza with extra cheese and sauce. Told him three times to add extra cheese and sauce and still got pizza with less than regular cheese. ?♂️

DO NOT ORDER HERE! WORST PIZZA PIZZA IN OAKVILLE!VERY SHADY WORKERS AND CONTAMINATED FOOD!EMPLOYEES LIED AND SAID I NEVER PAID PICKED UP ORDER!!I use to come here at least once a week. I made an online order and when I came to pick it up, they said they did not get it. They made me wait 20 MINUTES before beginning to make my food, even though I showed them the order confirmation and address. After 30 minutes of waiting, they finally gave me my order without an apology.When I got home, the fries smelled and tasted like caramel and sugar. (THEY COOKED THE FRIES WITH FUNNEL STIX DESSERT). I have a severe dairy allergy so I called customer service for a refund. The workers then lied to the customer service rep and claimed I never paid or picked up the order!
The staff over here is really good.
Pizza literally tastes like cardboard and the panzerotti or the side dishes all taste like 2 weeks old

Very rude and ignorant staff. We came to the restaurant and nobody else was in, the staff kept us waiting quite a while without any words, then we ordered one sandwich he left us waiting for another ten more minutes until I asked him. He started to making the sandwich. We felt very uncomfortable about his service and asked him to cancel the order, he throwing something on the table with anger. Will never come back this store.PS. During this time, his face mask didn't cover his nose when he was making food.
