Unless you pay for extra cheese you get only a dusting of cheese. Other locations in Oakville do a much better job.Now a loyal customer to another location instead. Appealing to customer service in the past wasn't well received or helpful.
This pizza pizza location I wasn’t happy about their food and the customer service was very slow. Would not come to this location again.
Two pizzas ordered a small Hawaiian and a xl Prosciutto & Arugula. The small pizza was delivered exactly as we opened it as you can see in thee picture, box clearly tipped to the side and toppings all fell off. Didn't eat this one. The other pizza, well doesn't look even close to how its advertised online, and for some reason we got arugula on only half. The prosciutto itself looks very dark in colour, almost brown and does not look fresh at all. I was disgusted and refused to eat this one as it look unappetizing and I didn't want to risk eating what looks like 'gone bad' prosciutto. This location in particular always has issues with not getting my order right and this was the first time in over a year ordering and this is what I got. Always the same thing...."here's a store credit sir " So tired of the food and service from this location that I had to finally drop a review here. Again, now I am forced to spend $36.00 at pizza pizza when there are so many other options to order from in the future. Head office refuses to give a refund.

Some mark workin there told me apple py worked then acted like it was my problem that it wasn’t working. Now I’m gonna have to take my late night business to subway.
Called, waited 5 minutes listening to the advertisement recording, was directed to an employee, gave my phone number and was hung up on. Called again, waited 5 minutes listening to the advertisement recording, was directed to an employee, gave my phone number, gave my address, gave postal code and was put on hold. In the end I hung up. Overall took 15 minutes and lots of hold advertisement music.Horrible experience, it’s almost funny how bad it was. Pro tip, don’t hang up on your customers. Just ordered from Pizza Nova, the call took 2 minutes for them to get my address, phone number, food order and delivery instructions. Your employees didn’t even get to my food order in the 15 minutes it took. I will gladly be eating Pizza Nova pizza tonight.
Overall great experience! My pizzas were perfect and ready for my declared pickup time with friendly customer service!
