I enjoy going to Panera in States so I wanted to try to Canadian location too. In states we get our order in nice bowls presentation is so much better. In here they gave our order in bag even though we said dine in. Nothing was in nice bowls. Cesar salad was terrible the only good thing was that this place is clean .
I have had the privilege of eating at this facility numerous times. The staff and the management are always extremely pleasant and the food is absolutely delicious. They are always willing to do whatever it takes to take care of the customer. I had a situation where I lost a business receipt and they worked hard to look it up in their system without complaining. I am extremely grateful and will continue to visit this establishment. If you’re in the area and looking for a good lunch, look no further and come here
When we dine in they didn't give us a tray! Just take out stuff then sit down and also the staff not welcoming us as before corona! In USA is so different!
If there was negative rating this panera would deserve it.On Mothers Day they had a sign saying “cash only” . Considering their machines are down, they refused to accept a $100 dollar bill. Anything apparently higher than $50 not accepted and thats understandable but if your machine is down then make an exception.The fact on Mothers Day they refused was rude and just shows poor customer service on Panera.
Horrible service They literally NEVER answer their phone. I called in a business luncheon order because their online portal wouldn’t accept my corporate card. Then when I had to make some changes with over 24hrs before the order was to be picked up. I called repeatedly all day- right up until close-they did not pick up the phone. I will not be paying for, not ordering there again.
Was so excited to finally find a panera bread as we are from out of the area. We looked online and the store said they’re open til 8pm so we drove 15 minutes out of our way in rush hour to get to the store. When we arrived at 5:10pm to find they close at 5pm on Mondays and Wednesday. So incredibly disappointed.
Always a fan of Panera Bread. The locations in Canada definitely are not the same as those in the States though. Unfortunately for me, they will have to do until I can go to the States. I wish they served food on actual plates and bowls with real cutlery, instead of using all throw away things. Also, I found the portion sizes to be quite small.
The place is terrible dirty, the staff is bad, I got sick eating a sandwich from there.
No issues with this particular location and associated staff, but the first and last time I try Panera.Kid sized portions at high prices.Vegetarian menu options are laughable.A lot of waste with our food.Single serve bowls, plastic lids, individually packaged cutlery, butter cups, even a bag for croutons. No recycling bin available.
Just going downhillOrdered soup in bread bowl, soup was cold. The bread was stale.Many restaurants have indoor dining open. Why is this still closed?The current employees know that they won't have to face complaints because it's only takeout. As a result, they've become lazy and incompetent.
