Drastically changed since 5+ years ago, not sure when ownership flipped hands. Atmosphere modernized along with decor, and prices... $40 cocktails is pushing it, along with $38 / 5oz pours of wine... Fantastic whiskey 'museum' for show only. Actual whiskey menu was a letdown, besides the 110-225$ pours of Pappy.Food was good but for the price I expect more.
Celebrated my birthday at Oliver's for the 3rd year in a row The steaks were cooked to perfection, so tender a steak knife isn't needed . My absolute favourite dish would have to be the surf & turf with lobster and king crab. A perfect treat for any occasion. Overall the service & experience was spectacular!!
Amazing experience everything was fantastic, highly recommend! thank you taking such great care of us! My wife loved it!
Armando and crew were amazing with their services and food was superb.Thank you for providing such exemplary service and amazing dishes.
Fantastic service! We were celebrating and the entire staff went out of there way for us. We truly felt special.
Everything was amazing from the service, to the atmosphere, to the menu!Went for lunch twice had a fabulous bottle of wine - their wine menu is insane some super cool bottles that are hard to get your hands onI’ve attached a few photos of our meal - the steak we got I believe was a strip loin and it was from PEI - was recommended by our server and definetly didn’t disappointWe brought our 5 month year old daughter and they were super accommodating to herFor sure would recommend this place and for sure would return!
I went here this past Monday with my family to for my birthday with my family. We had a really lovely experience, the restaurant is very nice inside, the service is impeccable and the food was fantastic. We ordered the seafood plater as an appetizer, they gave us a complimentary amuse bouche, my brother and I both had steaks as our main and my mother had the lobster gnocchi. For sides we had the rapini and what I think were the best mashed potato's I have ever had. For dessert my brother had the cheese cake and they brought a complimentary cheesecake with Happy Birthday written in chocolate on the plate which was a nice touch. The cheesecake was also fantastic. I could not think of anything that I would fault them on. If you are looking to have a nice dinner, I highly recommend Oliver's
I’m not picky when it comes to food and I try not to leave bad reviews but I was extremely disappointed with Oliver’s Steakhouse. From the moment my husband and I entered we got a weird vibe that we didn’t belong. Maybe because we weren’t wearing Prada? A sign might need to go up that says dress like you have money? As soon as we were seated, things were handed to us in a rush oh yeah not to mention an eye roll and sigh for still water instead of sparkling. Moving onto the food, cold no flavour and not worth it, drinks stick to the wine don’t go for a mixed drinkDessert and the over all look of the restaurant is the only reason I didn’t give a 1 star. Save your money and go down the street to hexagon or 7 Enoteca or across the street to seasons
Superb dining experience. The focaccia served as a starter is perfect. The crispy artichoke is perfect. Their filet is grilled to perfection, super tender and juicy. Their creme brulee is very delicate, with fruity and sour notes. Staff is well-trained, gentle and prompt. I also enjoyed the atmosphere and background music. It's not a cheap restaurant, but it's worth it.
First visit. Food was delicious. Service was perfect. Short staffed so we had to wait half an hour after our reservation time to get our table. Hostess was explained the situation. Understandable considering it's Valentine's weekend and first weekend to open after the latest Covid shutdown.
