My daughter and I went here tonight.First 'the positives. My daughter loved her meal. For 2 dollars with the purchase of an adult entree you can't beat it.Second. I am picky when it comes to steak. Mine was cooked to perfection. Now the not so positives..1. My server took my beer away when I had half a mouthful left. I didn't protest because I was chatting with my daughter and didn't really notice.2.Ants! Ants on the table. I killed two of them. I made mention of it to our server (Caitlin) who tried to inject some levity by saying the ants were looking for their queen (her) and saying they offer extra protein but I couldn't help but wondering if if there are underlying sanitary issues leading to ants on the table.I would have mentioned it to a Manager but one never stopped by.Anyway.. A tasty steak. A good kids meal... But I'm not a big fan of visitors crawling on the table.

Got given an ultimate dining card so we decided to stop for a bit of food before a movie.I really hate these giant casual dine in food chain giants, its always a giant disappointment. The hostess when we entered, and the server were great and friendly, no issues there at all.The issues obviously stem from the corporate level because they call every single shot at these places. The beer I ordered was supposed to be the cheap beer that day, and was charged full price, the system should do that automatically, the server shouldn't have to think about that. The burger I had, and my girlfriends ribs had basically2 drops of sauce, which would be fine if labelled, but the menu clearly indicates you'll be getting some sauce on the product.Yeah we were missing some coleslaw during our meal but small things like that are no big deal, and the server brought it to us once mentioned it.I am seriously blown away how people go here/kelseys/milestones etc and pay full price when real mom and pop restaurants exist. Recipe Unlimited Corp who owns these restaurants is such a terrible terrible company.

Sometimes I just want beer and nachos and Montanas definitely delivered on both. The other guys I was with also enjoyed their meals. Service was fast and friendly. We were on the bar side. Beer was cold and hit the spot. Will definitely be back.

Been 15 years since I've been to a Montana's. Service was great but they still haven't learned how to cook a steak. Both times I've been now I asked for medium rare and it came out blue.

We came here Monday for a late lunch. The service was a bit slow but the lady was nice and the service improved once we brought the matters of concern to her. Ribs were decent. The wings were really good. Half price wings on Monday too. Can't go wrong with that.

We got take outFresh Corn bread was rock hardRibs were good, the burgers, fries, onions rings and brisket grilled cheese were not.Over all disappointed.

Went to this montanas for a meal before a movie. It was by far the worst experience I’ve had in a Montana’s in my entire life. Our server wasn’t completely awful, just had zero personality. We ordered the spinach dip which would’ve been okay, if it weren’t for the multiple fruit flies surrounding our table. We also were not given side plates. My partner ordered the double onion and smoked bacon burger. It came without any bacon, and no chipotle ranch. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich which was flavourless. The server brought grilled bacon and BBQ sauce as a replacement. We quickly got the bill and left as soon as possible to eat elsewhere. I would highly recommend eating literally anywhere else.

Poor customers service and quality of food!!This is the second time we experienced dry ribs in this Oakville location. So we decided to go to Burlington location since then. Monday we gave this Oakville location another chance but super disappointed again!!! The Person who picked up the phone needs more training know nothing about waiting time and the menu. I ordered online and it showed pick up time about 15-20 mins from 6:55pm so around 7:15pm, then I called to confirm and she told me they are super busy so come in 1 hr (closing time 8pm) lucky I didn’t listen and showed up in 30mins 7:25pm and my order was already sitting on the table. When we got home and opened the dinner I was so disappointed on how small/short the ribs were $27.99 full rack and disgusted by the pulled pork sandwich, the appetizer four cheese spinach with the pita looked like it’s been sitting there for long time….. I called the restaurant (Monday night) but the manager wasn’t there so the girl said she will leave a note for the manager to contact me back, today is Thursday no one called me back, that’s how they do business?

Tried to order online and pay with gift card. Wouldn't let meRang restaurant placed order, was told had to use gift card inside restaurant to pay. Went to restaurant, no server. Waited 10 minutes. Finally he came. Got home, Food was very disappointing. I got fish and chips. Chips were soggy, fish was tiny and tough.Friends wrap had very little filling.Glad didn't pay for this meal!! Gift card was a present.

Unfortunately we had a very poor dining experience at this location yesterday. We've always had good experiences at Montana restaurants but had never been to this location before and we probably won't return to this location, at least not anytime in the near future. We had a reservation and when we arrived everything was off to a good start, we were seated right away and moments after sitting down we already had a waiter approach the table asking to take drink orders. Unfortunately this is where the positive experience ended. My boyfriend ordered an Old Fashioned and the rest of us (three people) just ordered water for the time being. We waited a very long time and while we waited the waiter returned to inform my boyfriend they were out of oranges, he said not to worry about it. We continued to wait. I believe it was about 20 minutes when the drinks finally arrived, three waters and an "old fashioned". My boyfriend said the drink literally tasted like bourbon mixed with orange juice and was definitely not an old fashioned, but he decided not to complain and just to drink it. The waiter then left to attend to other tables and we continued to wait before ordering the rest of our drinks as well as food. He returned maybe 10-20 minutes later to take our orders. On a positive note, I will mention that he did manage to remember our orders without writing them down, which always impresses me about waiters, so kudos to him. As a table the rest of us ordered one Cotton Candy Lemonade Sangria (sangria with cotton candy garnish) and two Big Mama Lemonades and we ordered appetizers and mains at that time as well. When our drinks came around they all looked the same so I asked if mine was the Cotton Candy Sangria, the waitress who delivered them said yes. I asked doesn't it come with cotton candy? She said they forgot it and she would take my drink back to fix it. The other drinks seemed to be fine. My drink returned properly garnished and I was happy with it. The other couple ordered deep fried pickles as an appetizer and seemed to be happy with them, we ordered the kapow shrimp which I've had a few times at Montanas in the past and this time it was not as good, I think they just didn't put as much sauce as usual, but it was still fine. So now the mains are being delivered, the other couple both ordered the exact same steak dinner that came with fries and coleslaw. While delivering the dishes of steak & fries, the waiter advised them they were out of coleslaw and asked if they would be ok to get beans instead. The couple said ok. My chicken apple harvest salad arrived missing a main ingredient, goat cheese. The apples and lettuce also did not look fresh and they put too much dressing on it, the lettuce was soaked. I asked the waiter if I could get some goat cheese and he said he would return my dish and fix it. My boyfriend got veggie fajitas and they didn't provide any sour cream or salsa or any type of condiment that you would usually get the fajitas, but he chose not to mention it. My dish came back with the goat cheese added, and the other couple were still waiting for their substitute side of beans. The salad didn't taste great and neither did the fajitas. It was about halfway into the other couple finishing their steak dinner that the waiter returned and informed them that they found coleslaw and would bring them their side. When it came time to collect our bills and pay, I asked if they take CAA and Scene cards? They said yes but right now they can only do CAA as the Scene app isn't working. That was disappointing but I understand that's out of their hands.Pros:-Wait staff was friendly and seemed to be trying their best-We were seated quicklyCons:-The restaurant seemed to be missing many ingredients and the wait staff not knowledgeable of this to inform customers when placing their orders-The bartender seemed to be a beginner and not know how to make an old fashioned and forgot to add the cotton candy to my cotton candy sangria- The chef/cooks weren't very good an
