The decor at this location is amazing and super modern. Our waitress was so friendly and attentive and the cocktails were delicious! Highly recommend coming to this location. The crispy cauliflower was a bit too salty, maybe ask for sauce on the side. Otherwise amazing experience!
Poor hostess service!Made reservations for 6:00 pm table for two, Birthday Dinner and was presented with seats next to the kitchen or entry way with the smallest table. The untrained staff did not know what to do even though there were numerous tables open.Went to the Plank highly recommended.
I took myself out for dinner for my first night without kids in probably 5 years... the girls at the bar were amazing! The food was delicious, the drinks were delicious... but again... the service was the best part!
Clean and Welcoming, still not crowded so it feels really nice and airy. Friendly service and you genuinely feel the staff are all enjoying working together. Steak is definitely worth the price perfectly cooked and delicious. David was a nice gentleman making sure we were having a good experience. We Will be back !
My choice was delicious. I ordered the seafood sirloin, a kids menu and a desert. All really good. I liked the washroom because the sink was lower than normal washrooms perfect for kids to wash their hands.
Went for Brunch and the food was very good. Service was a little bit slow, but other than that all good! We have been here many times for dinner as well and the food and service is always solid. Good for a date night or with family.
I could have given the waitress Shalina a good 5 star rating. My reason is simple, she WAS nice when we just sat down at our bar seating area. She greeted us, polite, and prompt. But, when I told her that I have a gift card, her facial expression changed. The funniest thing was that she had to get her supervisor/manager to give me the device to pay the bill. I gave her 4$ for a tip, I am not rich, I am just an average Jane. The least she could have done was give me a word thank you.. The food was good, hence the three star... I am just being nice to the people at the back, who most likely won't even get a cut of my 4$ tip.
I scheduled an order for takeout at this location since it is near my job.I simply wanted to modify the time I had set my order for or cancel it because I was let off way earlier than usual and live nowhere near there, and not one person wanted to assist me.The gentleman I talked to sounded annoyed even.I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for nearly 10 years now and I can completely understand when dealing with third party websites you may not have any control in actually modifying/cancelling it yourself. But to tell me that there is absolutely nothing you can do, not even give me any information about the third party website or a number to contact for support is quite frustrating.
tldr: my food was cold and tasted like a "lean cuisine microwaveable meal." our waiter offered to microwave it.....horrible experience. as soon as we walked in, it felt off. our server nathan, made us feel super uncomfortable and awkward we didn't feel welcome. he rushed past our table multiple times as if to avoid us. once we finally ordered it took 30 minutes for our food to arrive. when it came my "sweet chilli chicken bowl" tasted like a cold lean cuisine microwaveable meal. when i mentioned it to nathan he offered to microwave it..... i didn't want it microwaved so i just left it. when we asked for the bill he decided to go see if the other tables needed their bills, then he went and got them their bills before us. he then came back 5 mins later and tried to lighten the mood with banter unlike before when he was cold and awkward clearly to get a tip.
As always. An absolute pleasure to keep going back. Terrific service, warm welcoming attitude, smacking brunch, (this visit otherwise I prefer a steak - they are great fit it). My son was equally excited & happy - visiting.
