Service is slow. I saw the manager holding my ice coffee cup with his fingers inside, and had to ask for new cups. Response was his hands were clean but would give me new cups.
I will not be coming back to this location. Our sandwich had maybe 2 pieces of shredded lettuce and 2 droplets of sauce which meant it was a very dry burger. For about $6 a burger you'd think that they'd be more generous with toppings. We ordered ice vanilla coffee and got a regular iced coffee. When I asked to have it remade, the employee kept trying to pump an empty bottle of vanilla syrup and handed me the "vanilla coffee" as his version of the remade coffee - I cant imagine how difficult it must've been to get a new bottle of vanilla. Continued on with our meal and we see that they have now replaced the vanilla bottle with a new one and when I asked to have my coffee remade the manager just pumped syrup into my coffee which is fine but she was very unhappy doing it. Overall, the employees did not look happy doing their job especially since asking them to remake something that wasn't done right to begin with seemd like such a hassle for them.
Best place in Oakville by far, I love the service there and I love how they made my meals with no errors at all. This restaurant is an amazing place to come with friends. All the managers are the best, and accommodate orders for the customer. I especially like this young child who's name was Ryan crew trainer, he was so well sophisticated, kind and did everything he asked for when i asked for it also he's hot so guys hide your girls. Overall this McDonald's is a loving environment with respectful people and although it is a small location it is a great place nevertheless
The drive thru was quite fast despite the long line up, and our order was completely correct. I find that with most McDonald’s they end up screwing up the order in one way or another but this place has yet to fail!They even get my weird request correct when I ask for a small Oreo Mc flurry, with extra Oreo, and ask them to put as much hot fudge as they can put on top without getting in trouble lol. ?Most places mix the hot fudge in and it really upsets me because I ALWAYS STRESS THAT I WANT THE HOT FUDGE ON THE TOP, I don’t care if it sinks in lol.Great staff here and I highly recommend it at any time of the day or night
Poor service. servers didn't add the requested condiments. There was no ketchup for fries or sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets and when I went back to ask, instead of apologizing the girl seemed offended. As for the food, the fries were stale, Big mac tasted off and the vanilla shake was too sugary.
Location is run down and a bit hard to get in and out. Food was good and service was amazing. Great staff.
Ordered a Bacon n Egg Mcmuffin. The lady handed me the bag with an explanation saying " it's the wrong wrapper but the correct sandwich". Drove off only to realize it was the correct wrapper with the wrong sandwich! The coffee was overfilled and leaking. This is not the first time they got my order wrong.
I live in bronte and choose to drive further to go to a different McDonald’s. They mess up orders, rude staff and long waits. I avoid going here if I can.
Refer to attached image...what is missing? Missing from not one, but all 3 items that I ordered. I think I have a better chance at winning the lotto than this place ever getting my orders correct. The problem is that I read many similar reviews regarding this location but I don't think they even care to address it. That's why I rather support local breakfast joints instead of supporting this restaurant chain.
The new older woman working on the DRIVE THRU is not the right person to be doing this. She is abrupt, pushy, rude and not fit for this. I dread getting going there now. She has to go.
