Been to this location twice today and both of them are terrible. Long wait for the first time in the morning for a coffee across the drive-through at 9 am. OK, fine. Ben there again after dinner and they told me to wait at reserved lot as they need time for my latte. Alright, after 10 mins wait I could not wait any longer so went inside and the cashier told me they have lost my order. They made the order again but did not stir at all. The caramel syrup are in the bottom.
I used the drive-through at this location around 6:35pm. Firstly, there seems to be a new employee and no one seems to be helping her so my order took extra long for just a iced coffee and fries. Secondly and the main reason for this review is that, I found hair in my fries, none of the employees wore hair nets or even hats. I will be coming in tomorrow to let the manager know about this situation.
Not sure if they were under-staffed or poorly managed, but I’m sure a group of human beings can do better that that….cold food all around, waited 35 minutes, wrong order, missing burgers. They got it all. Just drive somewhere else. Save yourself.
Ordered mobile order, went to drive thru, (thinking it will be faster) waited 10 minutes at the speaker box, but no one took time to take our order. Better to closed one DT lane, than letting the customer wait for their order to be taken, drove to the window instead, waited 10 minutes at the window, parked us to Number 1 spot. Waited 20 minutes, brought the order, missing some items,.it's okay not to apologize for the inconvenience but make sure to deliver the expectation of every customers. We are not sure about the staffing situation, but please....maybe try to find the weakness of the operation and put some extra effort to focus on making it better. Better operation management equals better service and results. Please and Thank you
After waiting easily 15 minutes (a generous estimate) at the drive thru, I get home to a my order extremely disappointing, even for my low fast food standards. BLT crispy chicken came as a hamburger first of all, probably due to rushing 5 of us through the stand still line up. And second of all offered me 1/2 of a 1/2 of a single bacon strip for a nearly $8 “featured” sandwich. (Photo taken to prove it) At least I can enjoy my now cold fries in peace.
Went there with my family today. Food was fresh and hot so no complaints there. The lady who took our order was very nice and respectful. One star taken off because the store was messy and another star taken off because they don’t follow proper Covid vaccine procedures. Lady Infront of me ate in and they didn’t ask her for any vaccine. With my family we told her we had our vaccinations but they didn’t check them either. Besides that tho food was fresh and customer service was good.
This is by far the worst location we have ever been. They consistently miss items every time we have been there and their customer service is non-existent. The only reason we tried several times going to this location was they are close. This will definitely be the last time. Not worth the aggravation.
Have been a customer for many years and this location is always busy and having known kids who have worked there in the past, challenged with staffing needs.Lately, my visits have been less than 5 star review worthy, but there is a young manager on the afternoon shift who is really great with service recovery and even today, he didn't fail to exceed my expectations.It's not easy managing in fast food, I know from my college days of managing an A&W, it's one of the toughest jobs out there.Keep up the good work, sir! This location has many challenges but I can see that you're trying really hard. I hope your district manager or franchisee appreciates your positive attitude and efforts to make your customers happy.
I understand that it gets busy and mistakes sometimes are inevitable but in my case I think the staff are just simply careless. I’ve been to this branch 3 times and in 2 times I get home to find an item is missing out of my order. The 1st time after I ordered and paid I was told that milk shake machine is not working and was offered orange juice as replacement to get home and find that fries is not in the bag. I didn’t bother to drive back. Tonight I got home to find that the burger is missing and I had to drive back. The staff were polite no question asked and I conveyed my message politely but honestly they gotta check on orders! Personally I don’t think I’ll go to this branch again!
Very busy place, especially starting at 11 when lunch menu is live. Lots of commercial, residential & food delivery drivers. As a result expect items to frequently miss from your order. They need to get more training in around this aspect. If you order it to be delivered it has a very good chance of something missing. Manager is nice & will replace the item immediately, but who is driving back for the missing sandwich? Not often. Go for pickup & always check the bag.
