Literally the worst McDonald’s in the city…your after hours crew is terrible. They always take sooo long to make the Uber orders + never get the order right + never salt the fries. I could have walked there and back with my order faster than they can deliver. If it wasn’t the only thing open late I would never give you guys my business. Fix your staff.
Ordered two times recently for the happy meal minions toy, got Duffy duck two times!!! With in the time we should be getting minion toys!!!! No that I hate Duffy duck, I actually like it, but I wonder what kind of thoughts they are having knowing ppl coming for the minion toys but decided to play with them?
Thank you Lisa Marie, the manager for the laughs today at lunch. It was our first visit here as we are out of towners. My wife and I found it very refreshing to talk to such a nice down to earth person. She recommended we have a ice cream cone. Although a bit nippy they were delicious ?
Waited at least 15 minutes in the drive bun is literally soaked in grease and fat, genius at the window almost forgot my drink
This Store has gotten to be a nightmare . No idea what's going on but Lisa the staff manager is horrible I was behind a client today and she actually told the guy he was sweating like a ,bull dog in heat', I was mortified!!The guy responded that she had no filterThe floors are dirty and everything seems like it's not a team it's a group of unhappy people trying to make others life unhappy .I would not recommend. this place it needs to be cleaned up and Lisa needs to learn to be respectful to clients .
Everybody here is doing a great job.I was there earlier today at noon and it's disgusting how some customers were interrogating the staff and impatiently pacing back and forth at the pickup counter because they had to wait a short bit. Like, maybe don't come at prime time on a Sunday then.
Aside that the ice cream machine was broken, I was really disgusted to see such a dirty restaurant, seems they don’t clean very often: greasy floors, fries and lettuce all over. The place is not inviting at all. North Oakville needs a better MC.
If a could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. It's almost as if our order was a joke to them based on the LOL and heart they wrote on the receipt after they intentionally messed up our order. I say intentionally because when you ask for 'No cheese' on a hamburger and they put cheese on the burger PLUS 3 additional slices of cheese on top of the bun, you know it is. Sad to see some people have zero work ethic. They did that to two of the burgers, if you can call them burgers as the patty was ripped in half, the sausage McMuffin was wrapped in a tortilla, one was just the wrong burger all together and 3 items were missing. If the McDonald's sees this, it was your closing shift on May 8th, 2022.
First ever Mc Donalds where I noticed that for every single request all employees were going to a manager to check whether they can give what customer is asking. E.g. requested ketchup - employee went to manager, requested empty small coffe cup - employee went to manager. By the time I got this My meal was cold. Giving it 1 star just because of my experience with service.
You would think employees would be trained to correctly make menu items. Ordered a creme egg mcflurry and it was just chocolate pieces in soft serve, no sauce had been added to give it the actual creme egg taste. Feel ripped off.
