So I have never left a google review before but whoever is working in the kitchen at this McDonald’s today (Sunday May 29, 2022) between 1:30-2pmish deserves a huge shoutout. This is the first time my large fries have actually been full. I’ve never felt it this heavy I actually feel like I got my moneys worth. Secondly, my double cheese burgers with just cheese and extra onion that I always get are not only hot and juicy but you can clearly see the cook took the time to actually put enough onion and not sloppily. They put the onion between the two patty’s even, how yummy and creative! Onions are so good with beef. Hats off to the chef. I hope the same person works every Sunday at this time because I’m gonna test this out again.

Had a really horrible experience here because of a crew named Anita. She was so rude and seems like she hates her job. i asked if there's cranberry orange she said i dont know if there's cranberry orange. She said this so rudely like im supposed to know right away. And then I said can I get one, and then when she was trying to get the muffin, one of her co-workers said there's no more cranberry. Which is the main point of me asking it in the first place she could've asked if there's still some left but instead she was so rude and disrespectful. do better anita.

It's McHappy Day so I took my grandson to buy dinner in support. The team at 1500 Upper Middle Road in Oakville were great!!! They were really hustling!!! Everyone had their job and they were pumping out the orders as fast as they could. It was impressive to watch. We were in and out in 15 mins. Thanks to the McTeam!!! You rock!!!

Just needs better planning and execution. My order# was listed on their screen and was later taken off. Asked them if its ready and was told to wait.Poor employees had a ton of customers and they were handling it without going crazy.However, the manager needs to work on his/her stores order execution.You don't take an order# off the screen until its handed over to customer. This helps them know it's being processed. Also, it alerts the employees that someone's waiting.In my case, one person made my drink, and cleared the token number before it was handed over, another employee simply put it on their table, the final server had no clue what or for who it was as there is no number or any order waiting on their screen.To put it simply, my order was ready almost immediatly, but since the token got cleared before it was handed, I had to wait nearly 15 mins.Hope this is taken as constructive criticism. You have a great team! Just align them with a concrete order execution process :)Cheers!

If it was possible to charge this location with attempted murder I would. These idiots can't even take an onion allergy order. I went in and told them no onions as per my allergy, and what did they do... loaded it with onions. When I went back in to get it swapped the dumb 12 year old looking blonde manager there didn't even apologize for almost murdering me. Hope this location closes. Worst location I have ever been to and she deserves to be fired!!

Food was good and so was coffee. But, coffee did not have 2 Splenda I requested, check your dispenser probably empty. Otherwise 5 stars.

They keep missing small items in the order, like McDouble. When you come back next time and told them, they said we have policy, you should call us. But how do I know you have policy? Where is your policy? in the store or in the food bag?

Ordered a large coffee with free coupon but told I’m to pay $0.20 more. Payed Interac but noticed they overcharged $2.30 (large coffee is usually $1.30) instead of apologizing they argued that coupon are only for medium coffees but overlooked the fact that they overcharged me! What a joke! Customers are not important to them anymore?

Food was good but it was probably the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever been in. Garbage all over the floor. The garbage cans were overflowing. The bathrooms had paper all over the place.

Eventhough the drive through says 24hrs it's not. I placed an online order (order # 1184) on 11th January at 3:50am and went to pickup the restaurant. Lady at the drive through said we are close now and will be opening at 6:00am. I said I placed an online order. Then she said yes sorry about that we didnt charge you for the order.Why the hxxx it says drive through is open 24hrs.Becareful when you are making any online orders late night. You could be the next victim.It's a shame that I have to drive all the way and unable to get the order.
