Had a very very bad experience with the Night Shift manager. We were grabbing our order and were treated extremely badly that she started yelling for absolutely no reason. We only wanted to take our mobile order by giving her the code. I don’t think anyone should be treated by her. Everyone be careful and defend yourselves because it came to a non-ending situation where I HAD to call the cops because my order wasn’t given to me in a fair treatment either.
Tonight, I ordered off Uber, and my order sat there for 2 hours in a bag for Uber to come pick it up. And no fault of Uber, they asked the manager to replace the food, and the manager yelled and said the foods as good as it gets. To bad!I hope head office sees this to show what kind of garbage customer service this location has. The food is stale and old!This isn’t the first time! But definitely the last! COMPLETE GARBAGE location!
TRASH - My husband ordered food at 11pm and it wasn't delivered until 1:20 am - 2 Uber drivers cancelled because they wont allow Uber to do inside pickup and force them into a drive thru line and the 3rd driver that finally got the order requested fresh food and the manager yelled at the person working that the food was fine... let me tell you his food was sitting for a long time... it arrived 2 hrs after it was prepped and it showed... the fries were soggy, the bag was soggy the napkins felt soggy and his coke was flat... not to mention the rest if the food felt and tasted like it sat for 2 hrs. disgusting. the manager should be fired for allowing and encouraging unsafe food handling... do not eat here at all costs
I would like to give them rating as -1 worst staff worst customer service ever. Asked manager for her name she walked off. First we waited in line for almost 40 minutes and we pre ordered ice cream online but when we reached the window she tells us that there is no ice cream and will give us a milkshake but asked us to pay the difference! When we asked for the manager, she was extremely rude and had no proper communication with us at all! As we were talking to her she stormed off and didn't come back to talk to us! Brutal. Ordered a breakfast sandwich through the drive through with no meat. They screwed up and put meat on it. No big deal... Called and spoke to a manager who seemed bothered by the call. I asked for a refund or another meal. He said I'll mail you a coupon you can use at any store. Never mailed the coupon.Mistakes happen... It's how you rectify them which makes good management. In this case, very poorly handled.
Great location. Unfortunately too good I guess as there were crazy lineups both at drive through and inside at the counter. The staff was all working hard though to try and keep up. Guess they need to open another restaurant near by.
The restaurant is fine and food is similar to all McDonald's. My issue is that it advertises everywhere that it is open 24 hours. So, at 3:30 AM my son and I are hungry after a long day at work and we drive to the 24 hour McDonald's. Turns out that they are open only 23.5 hours a day. They close between 3:30 and 4 every day. I get very upset when places lie in their advertising. Even more upset that the guy at the drive through just says: "yep, we're closed every day for half an hour and then we start serving breakfast at four" but doesn't apologize or offer any compensation for my waste of time or for their false advertising. Rant over.
Very quick service offered by well-trained polite staff. Ordered my Angus with extra bacon strips no bun and no spice making it a wonderful gluten-free experience for a celiac like me. **** Follow up visit 3 years later..... Served at the inside counter by polite and friendly staff, ordered McDouble with no buns extra pickles and onions and three slices of tomato, added a side order of french fries, and once again a perfect lunch for a gluten-free Celiac like me.
I’m an uber driver and i came to pick up one of my orders n a young guy with yellow hair asked me about the number n i showed him so he said that the order is getting packed so a few minutes.I went to the back of waiting area for like five minutes n then i came back to the same guy n asked him politely about the order then an old man with piercings called Simon maybe I don’t know his name cause he covered it got him self involved n he was like go to your place we are busy your order will take a few minutes so i just told that this guy said 5 minutes ago that the order is getting packed so is it taking that long ! He shouted on me saying go back to your place and don’t talk , he said if saying anything else he will not give me the order so I replied that I don’t care what you gonna do you just need to show respect and watch your words then he turned his back to me and told me cancel it because I’m not giving it to you . I don’t really know if he was bothered because of my colour or because that I’m not white as everyone else in that place , sorry to say that but that how I understood it
4 out of 5 times, it horrible. I've had to wait up to 10 for fries all the time. I'm talking between 6 and 7 pm. The printers fail 3 out of 5 times and the management lets adolescent run their dinning room. There's one manager who runs a good show, the rest make it a horrible place to grab quick familiar food
