This is the worst location in Oakville. Service is unorganized and the employees are not friendly. This is the only marble slab location that doesn’t provide samples and which they said was due to Covid safety… yet the workers do not wear face masks when handling the ice cream and food products. How does that make sense? In addition, the equipment like the scanner also doesn’t work. I won’t be returning.
We tried their downtown Oakville location for the first time. Delicious ice cream and the waffle cone really surprised me. Delicate and soft shell which was light and tasty.
Disorganized service, the kids working there are lost. It would be nice to see some leadership at this location.Will return again to see if anything improves in the future

You only prepared one for my company and moved to the next customer while I was hoping to taste you “hot” ice creams! Lucky that you skipped me!1 star is a big one for this service!Oh by the way, turn on your AC so that inside temperature won’t heat your customers’ orders.
I wanted to leave a note for the people in charge of scheduling. We stopped in around 2 on St Pat's Day for a tasty treat. It also happened to be +16 outside and March break. The young woman, working by herself with a non stop lineup did an amazing job. I hope the management recognises her hard work and efficiency, as well as her professionalism in dealing with less than commendable patrons.
Tried the green tea flavor. I couldn't taste the tea but loved the coconut and the other toppings that I got to add
Good concept but very badly executed.It starts melting just before they hand you the cone and once you’re out of the store, this is how your ice cream will look like.A complete mess.The two starts is due to the average taste.
Overpriced !They put the Icecream on marble slab and that’s supposed to somehow make it unique?No thanks. All it did was melt the icecreamAnd waste some and that’s concerning for me since I paid by weight!Didn’t even taste gelato. Isn’t it better to get Chapman’s and make your own!
Great service even on a busy weekend night. Very quick, lots of delicious choices.
It was a nice discovery. The ice cream was lovely and the fact that we could add anything we want “free of charge” on top of the ice cream was definitively a plus! The taste of the dessert was A1.
