Lazeez on rocks is my usual go to item here . Always consistent, fresh made to order and just simple chicken garlic sauce and rice. Dangerous it’s so close to my house now.
SCAM ALERT. SEE PHOTOS.GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION.I ordered a large and a regular chicken shawarma wrap with very similar ingredients - only difference is one had pickles and the other had onions; everything else was the same. They both looked and weighed the same!I told the staff and they said that these are the right sizes. They said the pita sizes are different, but when they showed the two different pitas, they were the same size! I asked them to hold the shawarmas and to tell me which one was what, and they didn't know.I said I wanted a refund because I'm being ripped off and they said they can't do that and offered me a drink instead. I refused because that is not the solution. Why did I pay 40% more for the same size product?Just in case you don't believe me, I weighed them at home, and the large is only 6 grams more! See the photos.I've been eating at Lazeez religiously since the first one opened at Heartland and now this is just upsetting. This is not shrinkflation. This is terrible service and a terrible product. AVOID.
Like others, I was also scammed by their size and prices. Ordered Chicken Shawarma wrap: 1 large, 1 regular. They were exactly the same - absolutely no difference in contents, pita size etc. I wish I weighed them!!The employees absolutely refused to admit it. They called 1 large because they put it in a larger bag?! I didn't pay $3more for a bag!!!!Doesnt taste anything special either. All the sauce and veggies are in one corner. Ridiculous!
The service and food was so nice. I was caught in a bind and needed a phone charger and they were eager to help me. Super sweet staff and owner. And the food was great too!
It was my first time visiting the restaurant and everyone was really helpful in explaining the menu and placing the order. The food was fresh and delicious! I will definitely be back!
I visited this place two days ago.. they guys are really awesome. I ordered chicken shawarma warp . It was really tasty chicken was fresh. They really deserve 5 stars. Keep rocking guys. Awesome customer services..... thank you so much . I will visit this place again for sure
I wish I could give zero stars. I've never had a bad experience with lazeez but this location, wow. Not only did our order come COLD but the order was WRONG AND MISSING ITEMS. On-top of that the food was flavorless and the meat was like ground dog food. I would assume dog food tastes better tbh. For someone who loves food and isn't very picky often. This was so disappointing.
We have ate at several Lazeez locations but this location is by far our favourite. Chicken on the rocks is the go-to! The chicken is always tender and juicy. Many locations give you scraps but the chicken here is proper, large pieces! They are also extremely generous with their portion size and the amount of garlic and tahini they throw on top! Thanks, Lazeez!
I landed in Canada a week ago and the first fast food I had when I came here was Lazeez Shawarma from this location. This was by far the best shawarma I have had so far. Their Lazeez On The Rocks and Mango+Carrot Juice are out of this world. The chicken marination is unique and gives the food an overall amazing taste. I would recommend everyone in the area to go to this branch and have a meal. I have had it 4 times myself.
Lazeez was the first fast food I had after landing here in Canada and I’ve had it more than 3 times now. Love the taste and service. The quantity of the serving was really good and was totally worth it! Will visit again soon :D
