Small pieces so they threw in a couple more. I'd rather had large pieces . Chicken was tasty and not too salty. Miss the Dorval location.Chicken was always nice and crispy fries. This location needs to step up its quality control.
Food turned up warm like it had been sitting for a while before being delivered,Delivery was pretty quick through skip, so not the drivers fault.I’m a KFC fan, but very disappointed today.Just reviewed the comments, no feedback by KFC.From now on I’ll be eating Popeyes.
Well i guess need to wait for my order till tom. i ordered like 7:50 then i need to wait for like 45 mins and till i wait for 1 hour and 2 hours and i called them girl said delivery guy just late then i called them again 6 times no one’s answering then after 10 times calling the store girl answered again but she ended the fvcking call good job lazy people
On Google this location says that it's open until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. I was there last Saturday at 9:10 p.m. to find the doors locked. If management can't take the time to get their hours of operation correct how interested do you think they are in getting your order correct.
Food was great. Problem was the service. Completely unorganized from entry point (there were four people somewhat together in front of the cash, i learned later there was no line these were people waiting for orders) to being shoved out the door with only half my ordered. I could go on but you get the point. Again the food was very good!
Order a 6pc with biscuits and gravy. Horrible food. Dry, cold chicken and Cold diluted gravy.Very dirty restaurant. Also the restrooms have been closed for 2 years during the pandemic and still closed to the public.Management is not visible, staff are dismissive nor do they understand public health guidelines
You just kind of expect KFC to be a certain way, like Swiss chalet or McNuggets, it's the same everywhere. This location just feels like a step down. On multiple occasions I've had their original sandwiches and they're dry. How is it dry?! Not just the chicken either, barely any mayo. It almost feels like they don't want you to like chicken sandwiches in general.
Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and the breading on it was dry and had this really funky taste to it almost like they used old oil. Chicken was also really dry and chewy ended up throwing it out fries were also extremely underseasoned and very bland not going to return to this location.Should have looked at the reviews this place has been getting a lot of 1 star reviews which is never good
The restaurant was dealing badly with us They forgot to prepare the requested meal till I remind them It is not duty to remind them to prepare my food They put 2 sauces as they forget the spicy sauce so they put normal them spicy The lettuce was almost too cold almost icy coming from fridge with hot sandwich which makes the sandwich very bad Also they don’t have fries which made the meal badReally destroying KFC reputation; if KFC founder still alive he was going to close this branch
Staffs are tricking if you pay cash so be very careful! Overcharged of money ! Charging of 50$ but supposed to be 37$ only for the product that we ordered and give wrong reciept
