I went with my friends before a movie. I ordered the ribs, they were dry and had no flavour. It came with fries, they were cold, hard and had no flavour. I ordered a Shirley Temple, it had no flavour and it was flat. One of my friend's orders came late and all of my other friends were unsatisfied with their orders. The staff was somewhat friendly.
We had a large group of 21, half of those being amped-up kids (FUN!) that needed to be accommodated pretty last minute due to a power outage at a different Kelsey's location yesterday.Not only did they make it work, but the staff CRUSHED it. Shout out specifically to Kaila, who was taking care of us and was awesome. Food was great too.Now, I am not saying you SHOULD bring 10 screaming kids into a restaurant on a Saturday afternoon, but just know that if you HAD to, there is a place well up to the task. Thank you again!
Never been disappointed. Been coming here for many years. Consistent, friendly neighborhood attitude to service. Warm, welcoming attitude. Great fish & chips. Terrific cocktails. Nice deals. Always worth a visit. Definitely worth visiting all the time.
So I'm sitting here waiting for food as my companions eat,,I ordered simple chili and biscuit, chili had no warmth to it even though it was clearly microwaved, biscuit I had hope for it was hot on the outside,,, but frozen inside..The wait staff was nice and apologetic and clearly can't be blamed,, this is down to kitchen staff not caring about food the sling out.I'm sitting writing this as my companions finish and I'm still waiting for food, it did arrive finally.And my meal was free,But still, QUALITY Check food before serving
Absolutely love this Kelsey’s the staff is so welcoming and the food is always on point.The one server Madison is the best, she always checks up on us and makes sure we are having the best experience ever! I would definitely recommend this Kelsey location to anyone that wants to take their family or friends there
Hadn't been to Kelsey's in several years (pandemic certainly didn't help) but were very glad we made it again.Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent - my burger was juicy and flavourful on its own, even without the considerable toppings and my friend described his chicken tacos as the "best he had ever had anywhere"!A very enjoyable lunch at Kelsey's and we'll definitely be back!
It was great to finally get out again! Krista was outstanding and very attentive. Twisted my arm into kicking up my beer (no brainer ha!). Great to see places like this still offering up half price wings on a Thursday. Will definitely be back!
Absolutely wonderful staff!! My boyfriend and i dined in tonight, they were on the ball with keeping our drinks refilled, we had to wait a bit longer for our food because they had a rush of mobile orders out of the blue, they felt bad so they comped our whole dinner!! Our waitress and the manager was unbelievably nice about it so we gave a nice tip instead, great job keep up the great work!
Service was pretty slow. Had a clubhouse and fries. The sandwich was just alright and the fries were completely stale. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff though .
