None of the staff use gloves while preparing food!! How disgusting is that!!! I walked in for a late dinner and ordered. I was shocked to see the staff is handling my food with his bare hands without any gloves!!!! Please don't tell me he washed his hands because I don't buy that! As a customer, I want to see the one preparing my food wearing gloves. I used to order from this restaurant through food delivery apps and liked their food but never came to mind that they don't wear gloves! I will never order again!!!
I went and picked up 2 burgers / poutine and fries today. Got the double patty burgers which was delicious but I found it a bit oily. The buns were really fresh and had a nice sprinkle of black seeds which was delicious. The poutine was delicious but I found the gravy a bit on the salty side. Overall the place was nice and clean and the staff were friendly. Thank you ?
This is the worth and very bad hero location. This is not the standard of hero. Very greasy, uncooked burger. They Mixing the order, you get something different than what you ordered. Really very disappointed spend over $60 and for 2 people and a child, you feel so sick after the meal. Don’t go to this locationIf someone care should go and investigate this place.They should close it down
Helpful staff compared to other locations. Placed wrong order on uber for pickup but they changed the order without hesitation.Love their crispy chicken burger and plant based burgers.Cooked to perfection.
Ordered 2 meals with 2 ancho chipotle sauces and confirmed 3 times with the employee that was there today (tuesday) at night with them confirming the 3 times that it is included... only to get nothing but 1 small pack of ketchup ... very bad and ignorant service as i made it obvious that i was there mainly for that sauce
Late night dinner. Got both the burgers which were really juicy and tasty. Also had the chicken sandwiches which were delicious. Tried the poutine and it really hit the spot.
Good food service and clean environment i often go there and enjoy the different halal verity of food the action hero burger is my favourite one.
Can’t believe the owner of this franchise feels that the food being delivered is acceptable. Talk about taking advantage of people. Your chicken tenders order states “8 fingers” yet this is what you get?! (See photo). In addition to that, my BLUE CHEESE burger came with CHEDDAR!! Come on!!! Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for chicken or beef.
WARNING - They don’t use gloves to prepare/handle food here!! They use food that is not fresh. This place is operated by people who do not appreciate or respect food safety and handling. That’s a 100% fail ESPECIALLY during these times. Can’t believe more people haven’t commented about this. This place should be shut down before they get more people sick. Unbelievable.
Nice and friendly customer service. The store is very clean and well maintained.
