Woahhh...first time in my life I ate a beef patty that is so juicy. It is not like the mcdonald's ones. It was so freaking delicious, especially the eggs bacon burger.About the crispy chicken, I did not knew there was blue cheese. First time I tasted, it felt like expired cheese for me, but my counterpart did ❤ it. Depends on each person's taste?.Thank you for the hardwork of the guy who did our burger?.
First and last time coming here, I live within the area and decided to try it out. I did not read the reviews before coming because I believe in remaining un-bias and giving business’s the benefit of the doubt. This was my experience.Before anything else, I immediately noticed the place was DISGUSTING as in un-clean, the dirt build up in the corners was like nothing was cleaned in months, maybe since they opened! I immediately lost my appetite after ordering, realizing how dirty the place was, but didn’t cancel because I felt bad for the lady making the order. There were even cobwebs in the corners ontop of the layers of dirt and yes the tables and chairs were also dirty. I was shocked, and wonder if Hero Burger franchise is aware whomever is running this location is not keeping things sanitary.The customer service was terrible. I smiled and said please and thank you to the lady several times and got no smile or your welcome back. I kept saying thank you to see if she would have some sort of customer service skills and nope, nothing, just rude or no response, seemed like she was annoyed to serve me, did not feel welcome. The store was also very stuffy and hot like there was no ventilation.The burger itself was tasty, I had to trash the bottom bun because it was completely stale.Forget about the customer service and food issues, they need to do a deep clean (check the photo evidence). I was thinking if this is how the FRONT looks for customers, I am scared to see how the BACK looks where they make the food, yuck!Side note: I am convinced the Uber Eats rating for this location is so much higher because those poor customers don’t see the physical store they are ordering their food from ?
I warn people from ordering food here. The food safety governing body needs to have a close look at this place. The health and safety standards are a concern1. We walked in and ordered food. Photos attached. One of the meals was with coke zero as it was on their menu. When our meal arrived the cashier told us they don't offer it.2. The floors were like an ice skating rink. Evident they floors and tables were cleaned in weeks. We also tried sitting outside and there was mold, old cigarette buds and garbage that was unattended for days3. The place needs a proper exhaust system. We felt suffocated in there4. The spicey chicken burger and signature burger were both undercooked.5. The drink dispenser was leaking fluid which was dropping on the ground.Hero Burger franchise should be ashamed of this location. Where are the standards?STAY AWAY from this location!
The most disgusting pathetic chicken burger i ate in my life. This guy put mushrooms on it even when i did not order those, who puts mushrooms in a burger?? Guac tasted yucky too. Bun was stale. I should get a refund from you guys.
We got catering for our small backyard wedding ceremony and it was such a great & easy experience! Mehwish was wonderful and so helpful. We were able to customize for our guests dietary needs & the food was absolutely delicious
I've been to many hero burgers. Why, they're one of my favourite chains, with good consistent quality no matter the location. Well any location except this one apparently.So firstly - the wait. On a not-busy day, where there was no one else - we had to wait 30minutes for 2 burgers and fries.Secondly - the burger wasn't even made correctly, parts of the ingredients in the burgers were just missing completely.Thirdly - didn't even get the fries. On attempting to get a refund, I was told to drive back (during a work day, with current horrendous gas prices) to pick up the fries.If you're reading this - please do yourself a favour and go to a different location and don't let this place dictate what Hero Burger usually is like.
This place is very overpriced, unfortunately, though I highly doubt the ingredients would cost as much. The fries taste like regular McCain fries you would get from NoFrills, and the burgers are juicy, but it is confusing to know whether it is halal or not, and if you want it halal, you have to pay $1.00 extra. These past few years, I have been eating it without knowing that you have to ask for HALAL, other than that, they give you the regular patty which is NOT HALAL. Stay aware, but other then that, there are no issues.
Okay so first off it took an hour and 20 minutes to get our food. For about 30 minutes of that wait time they were on their phone and not working in the kitchen. Then they were touching my food without any gloves on. On all of the meals they made no gloves at all. Touching the inside of my cups. If they were supposed to be wearing masks. They were not.Then they got two orders out and we ordered last. For the person ahead of us. Which ordered first. Took them an extra 20 minutes. To make his food. Because they supposubly forgot to put his burger on. Thee worst experience of my life. If I'm paying 18 dollars for a burger. I want it to be made relatively quick.It was so bad that I want myoney back.Did I mention they were talking up a storm. Not wearing gloves.
Absolutely abysmal, refried, microwaved, and low quality food.I ordered 8 chicken fingers for 10 dollars. Received 4 pitifully small (smaller than a McDonald's nugget) pieces of rock hard burnt toast. The "chicken" was completely dried. It was obvious these was at least a day or two old. And the pieces were like when you reach the bottom of the frozen chicken finger bag and find a few pieces of bread left over, and fry it three times and serve it. No chicken to speak of. Can't believe they didn't think "we received an order of 8 chicken pieces, we should maybe add some chicken to the order". I also ordered a burger which was similarly burnt and re-microwaved.In all my years I've never had as bad a food situation as this. I'm honestly shocked they're even allowed to operate with these types of practices. I suppose it's a matter of time, anyway.Stay away if you respect yourself in any way at all.
This place is absolutely disgusting!!!! The walls and floors are filthy, the female bathroom is out of order the only working bathroom is the mens and it is so nasty. There is no soap available and it has one urnal and one toilet and both are filled with body fluids and stained. Tables are not wiped between customers. Two staff on shift clearly do not want to be there, zero customer service. For the sake of your health....do not eat here. I feel so sorry for the owners, I am sure they have no idea what is happening to their investment. This place needs to be inspected, shut down, and cleaned up before someone gets seriously ill.
