This location is great. Good food made in a quick pace. My go - to is the onion rings they always leave me wanting more! Staff is friendly and the restaurant overall has good vibes. I’ve been a returning customer since 2014 as it is well managed and efficient. Would definitely recommend for a good fast food dining experience!
I LOVE this location! Food was bussin, the staff are amazing, it's always so clean inside, and please try the Ghost pepper sauce! I crave it everyday. 10/10 would strongly recommend to foodies who are looking for fresh and great tasting food.
I did an online order for pick up and went to use the restroom before the pick up time. When I went to pick it up at the time posted, the cashier only then realized that there was an order and started prepping for it (at the time it should've been ready). She informed me that it would be 5 minutes however I am working and didn't have the time to wait (hence ordered online prior) so I requested to cancel it. The cashier didn't know how to so she asked the manager(?) on the floor who informed me that I couldn't cancel it. I said it's fine, I'll wait. I provided positive constructive criticism explaining how they should check it more often so that online orders would be ready accordingly. The lady was nice about it however, there was a woman on the floor eating who worked there as well that decided to argue with me persistently stating that they had just opened (it's 11:14am at this point) and how they're prepping for other things, blah blah. Point being, this location needs to get better at checking online orders and accepting feedback. I could've ordered in person and THEN used the restroom and would have been out sooner. People use the online order option for a reason 8-).
Went there for a quick bite at lunch, there were absolutely no cars in the drive thru yet they took 10 minutes to give us our food. The drive thru cashier was also rude and the hamburgers were cold. Probably the worst Harvey’s I have been to in Ontario.
Always had my order correct. Pretty speedy service via take out and friendly service.
This Harvey’s has the best customer service! The lady behind the counter was fantastic, so personable and a joy to deal with. The hot dogs are to die for, and the deep fried pickles were spectacular. 10/10 would recommend!
The BEST Harvey’s in Oakville. It is extremely clean and spacious. The staff are warm and welcoming. The deep fried pickles were SPECTACULAR. Service is absolutely fast and efficient. I come here often for a late night bite and never doubt it.
Large and very bright dining room. Not a lot of parking. Drive thru is quick. Staff are friendly. Nice to be able to customize your toppings.
Not good man. I was just trying to order one hamburger and one side, and it took so long on the speaker that the person behind me literally reversed and left.After all that? Both the burger and side were still wrong. Got fries instead of rings, tomato that I didn't ask for, ONE hot pepper ring on the whole burger, no bacon or cheese (which goes on a bacon cheeseburger)I was just trying to make my evening easier, congrats on preventing that, Harvey's.
Always fresh everytime. Great customer service. So friendly at this location.
