This location went above and beyond my expectations ?We ordered one bowl through Skip the Dishes and we were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary energy bites & a ginger lemonade Kombucha in the bag too! It was a thoughtful touch as we have been going through a stressful situation at home, this brightened our day a little bit. The food itself was great, excellent portion sizes, very tasty, and perfect amount of dressing.
My favourite location in the area. Each time I come it is usually the same employees. Many locations are not as accommodating, but the young girl with a tattoo on her arm is great. Never had a bad experience with her, as well as the other employees as well! They always make changes, offer to answer questions, and make me feel comfortable! By far the best treatment at a freshi, let alone any restaurant, I have had in a long time.

By far my favourite Freshii location. service is wonderful, they're warm and friendly, they don't rush you they are never rude, and I actually feel valued as a customer. Place is always clean and food is always perfect. Have been to a lot of Freshii's and this one is definitely setting the bar. ?

Worst customer service ever experienced at any frshii location ever. Portion was half that of any other location. When I pointed out the lady simply said go to that location. Never expected a reply like that from a freshii employee. Don't go there .... Best way to make them learn about their service.
