This may have been a one-off but we had the worst service I've ever experienced at this restaurant. Service brought wrong food to our table twice... Actually set our food at another table then picked it up and brought it to us to eat... And our food (7 out of 8 ppl) was cold. My daughter had a gluten-free pizza and the cheese wasn't even melted. Manager had a deer in the headlights look when I explained what happened.
Our server was nice - friendly and cheerful. A little bit slow, given that it was a very quiet lunch (very few people in the restaurant). Table was sticky - felt like it hadn't been cleaned, or that the cleaning cloth and solution were dirty. Side plates 2/4 were dirty. Food was good.
Everything was very good. 6:00 on Sunday.
After grad party for teachers
So disappointed⦠the service was terrible! Waiter didnât offer us bread or salad that was suppose to come with our meal. Didnât come to see how we were doing, had to ask another waitress to bring us condiments for our meal, and refills for drinks. Food was great though.
We order 2 Starters , we got one which was not fully cooked . Server took it back once I complained about it. We waited for another 45 minutes but got nothing after that . Asked the server where are the starters , and she didn't know if they were ready or not and asked to order main meal instead . Service was very slow . Food was ok .
Server was efficient. The calamari that we ordered was very oily and soggy. My children still ate it. Overall it was a lovely dinner for my family.
Service was absolutely terrible. Had to ask someone to take our order. They forgot about us. Finally got our food after waiting so long then had to sit and wait for utensils.
Good value for money! Service was great! Patio was great ambience!
Visited this location for dinner on a weekday, it was pretty empty.We were seated promptly and our waitress was very good.The food was served very quickly and we had a leisure meal.The food was decent, the service was very good.Overall a good experience.
