I was served by a young tall bloke Saturday just before closing. He knew the products well and helped me figure out what I wanted. Ice cream was as it always is. Th team was working hard while it was quite busy they did great to keep things moving.
Dropped in for an item that they no longer have on their menu. Gentleman was very friend and super accommodating. He made what I wanted and better than anywhere else I have been and asked for this same item. Was generous with the toppings. Will drive from Mississauga to come back and get this again. Thank you
They make the best blizzards in town. Customer service is amazing and always creating our ideas for our blizzards.

It's a dairy queen. No one was visibly high or on anything, which is always worth an extra star. The lackluster flourish on the upside-down blizzard seals the deal.
Dairy Queen on Neyagawa in Oakville, Ontario - CanadaSo this store needs to be AVOIDED AT ALL TIMES!DQ head office has an app to obtain a free ice cream on one’s birthday which my daughter signed up with 4 days ago.Today, my daughter did everything in her power to obtain her “free “ ice cream however the head office app has allowed 4 days to pass and still hasn’t sent it to her. You can only use your coupon on your birthday apparently and today is her day.So, I tried calling the store to ask them for help and perhaps honour her identification to get her a free ice cream. Yup, you guessed it, the store manager flat out refused our polite request.This made me annoyed to say the least.Annoyed now, I called their corporate head office and explained our plight.H.O thought the Oakville Dairy Queen should immediately honour her I.D without any hesitation and said that they would call the store to see what’s happening. I’m still waiting on this call…I thought, gee, how hard is it to get a free freaking ice cream for Crissakes!So, I thought I’d give the Neyagawa Dairy Queen one more try. I spoke to the so called manager who basically told me - no ticky-no laundry and no ice cream either without a corporate coupon. As a point of principle and for the fact the we spend a couple of hundred bucks there per year, I asked him was if it was worth his digging in his heels over a paltry $4.00 ice cream - he totally refused to cave in.Suffice to say, Dairy Queen and the franchise on Neyagawa has the worst customer service out there.They will never see us again!UPDATE2 WEEKS LATER AND NO RESPONSE FROM THE STORE OR HEAD OFFICE. DAIRY QUEEN HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
