If there was an option to zero star I wouldI buy a Blizzard and there was a hair in the cup . I show they staff and there reply was" what do want me to "This happen on 2022jul14 I hope the manger can look into this issue on food handling and I hope the ministry of labour pay this location a visit for cleanliness I do not recommend this location due to poor maintenance on equipment

The quick service, convenient location, and delicious treats are great. DQ is always consistent with their ice cream and treats.I need to congratulate and highlight the management and staff at this location. I could go on for days describing how kind, capable, and friendly the staff are at this location.I have never had a more pleasant experience at any fast food restaurant. Kudos to the talented staff and management for an unmatched experience!
I LOVE DQ but what I don't love is terrible staffing. If your hours on Google state that the location is opened until 10:00PM then people that are walking SHOULD get service! I arrived at this location today at 9:36PM. Because I live in the area I seen the location was open & walked over. When I got there, the door was locked & there was 3 other people standing there. Every one of us got DENIED! if this is 4 of us in total at this time how many more customers will be turned away? Close the seating if you want, but don't turn away people because you don't want to stay after close to clean. I think the owner needs to have a chat with their staff
I am the owner of the Dairy Queen, responding to the comments of Miss Fazzio and her 4 accounts. Rebecca called my store this week requesting a specialty cake. We helped her out and even gave her my personal line so she could text me the exact details. Rebecca picked the cake up today and when she got home realized that the cake was not a cookie dough blizzard No where on the order form or text message was a cookie dough blizzard cake ordered. She called our location about the issue complaining to my staff I called Miss Fazzio back and she was not happy that the cake was wrong. I explained that it was never ordered and she went on telling me that I was calling her a liar. I never yelled on the phone or had a tantrum. Miss Fazzio’s response was I am going to give you Terrible reviews and tell everyone. It is unfortunate that the mistake had happened.
I met this guy named Wilson, he's an absolute stud. I would rate this spot 10/10. Wilson is the best fast food worker I've ever encountered.

Would give it a "minus" 5 star if possible. Walked in as an Uber driver with "a bag" as requested, and the manager had the cheek to throw a temper tantrum like a 5 yr old: you must bring "a cooling bag". Unbelievably rude! Stay AWAY
