The BEST place ♥️ My go- to almost every week! The service & quality of the food is always incredible. The chicken is so flavorful & delicious. Highly recommend if you're a fan of Shawarma. Mohammad - the supervisor - is so friendly. He always makes my day when I walk in.

Horrible service and quality. Gentleman was clearly rude.This was a “a little extra hot sauce” didn’t even both apologising. Had hit sauce over salad!
Tried their new Chicken Saj Shawarma and was very happy I did! Fresh, tasty and clean tasting meal. Loved the grill flavour from the grilled flat bread. The staff at the Third Line location are good people and happy to talk about the food! So happy I live near this place.
Charged my card twice for the same order. And had the audacity at the time to make it seem like I didn't put the payment through. Buddy learn to use your payment machine and stop double charging. Unfortunately google dosnt allow negative stars or 100p wouldve gave -5.Place use to be good but has been gowing down in service and quality over the years. Original Shawarma or Shawarma X are much better options now.
I have been coming here for the past 6 years and it’s been great with the original people that use to work here. They have new people working here, not sure if under new management but I won’t be coming back! the portion of food is terrible! this platter is full of rice and so little chicken.You want a good place to go to…there is a place down the road on Dundas and Neyagawa on the north side try them out. Shawarma X!
Falafel very super salty, hummus cold and dry. Pitas are out of a packet, not baked in store. You get what you pay for I guess.
I have been going here for the past 7 years and always enjoyed their food and service. After their new management or whatever, their staff has become very rude and they don’t how to deal with customers. They took my order wrong and were extremely rude to my kids and myself. At first we thought they didn’t have enough staff since only one person was doing everything, but later when we confronted him 2 more of his employees came to the front to help us. Highly Disappointed
