Slow service; they don't know their products well and they do not speak English well enough to answer questions. My drink tasted great, a lot of options. Not good value for money. 13 bucks for two reg sized drinks is more than I want to pay for juice.
The store refused to offer hot drinks, just because they decided to close early. Such a waste of customer's time for waiting in the line. It's not like the store was closed, but they decided to shut down hot drinks early. At least a sign would have helped avoid wasting customer's time.
This is my local chat time and they open at 12 noon. I was here yesterday and today and both days I had to wait for the store to open!! Come on guys it's summer open the store earlier!! Service can be better too! Average wait time is 15 minutes for ice tea!!
A beautiful store with a very calm feel. The tea was excellent and the environment was very clean. A wonderful place to grab a drink and get some work done. Only downside is the prices are a little high but when it comes to bubble tea its on the more reasonable end price wise.
Always out of stock on many things especially brown sugar tapioca. There is a promo on a free mango green tea last week with min $15 purchase which we ordered but because they did not have the mango green tea, they did not give us any free drink. A good business would make it up by offering free drink of other similar teas/values to keep customers coming back. Been coming here for years since they opened because we live close by but honestly have never had good customer service. We would rather go to the downtown bbt shop. thanks

The quality of this Chatime is probably the worst one I’ve been to. Probably 70%+ of the time the bubble tea is watered down.Absolutely low quality. Might as well go somewhere else and save your money.
VERY DISAPPOINTING FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!It was my first experience trying Chatime Oakville branch located at Oak Park BUT I was shocked with the low service level at this branch.NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!
Nice to see a chatime open up in Oakville. Chatime has consistently good quality across their locations with this one on par as well. Standard wait times, fresh drinks. They have a really cool sign to take photos in front of as well!
