This location should be embarrassed. Burger King should actually investigate it due to the overwhelming number of negative reviews.The drive-thru window worker was extremely rude and I could not order properly. I didn’t bother to add a third item because she seemed annoyed that I was even there. I was the only person there for the entire time but I felt rushed. I told the worker she was being rude and her response was “actually I’m not”. I told her that as a customer she should apologize and she said “I just was clarifying your order”. She refused to apologize, not to mention the constant sighing and eye rolling. Messed up an order detail too. She didn’t even give me a chance to pay properly. I never have dealt with this kind of situation before. I will not go back to this location in the foreseeable future. Disgusting.
Worst BK ever. The floor in the dining area is dirty and sticky. The tables look like they are wiped down with a dirty dish rag. The ice dispenser in the drink machine doesn't work. I watched a lady try for 3 minutes to get ice. After she gave up I went and notified the cashier. She told me that yes it is not working, so i told her that maybe they should put a sign on the machine to notify the customers. I sat back down and ate my food. I sat there for 15 min watching several customers try to get ice because there was no sign saying that it wasn't working. I ended up leaving after half hour and still no one could of gotten a pen and a piece of paper to write down ice dispenser out of order. Smh.....
Obviously not what it used to be. We hadn't eaten at a BK for a while and thought we should try out the Whopper once again. It tasted great, but it's smaller and less juicier than what I remember it to be. There is plenty of parking space at this location and the restaurant itself it quite large. The washrooms were also very clean and tidy. However the overall look of the restaurant was outdated. Also, the they could never get the fountain drinks to taste right. My ice tea, did NOT taste anything like ice tea, and my wife's coke was flat. But the service was excellent and very hospitable. They saved this place from getting a 3 star from me.
Everyone here hates their job. They rolled their eyes at me and sighed when I asked for a straw for my drink. Customer service and organization is horrible. And my burger had half a slice of tomato, one little piece of onion and almost no lettuce. This location is by far the worst burger King I have ever experienced. It's the only one by my work so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and have visited multiple times, and each time I get rude service and burgers that are basically only patties. There's only one employee who tries, and he is fantastic (I think the manager). He's on point, quick and friendly. But everyone else literally hates their lives.
Got a fish burger meal in the drive thru. When I tried the burger at home, the fish patty was so extremely hard like it was cooked many hours ago and left out. So stale! Onion rings were passable but no where close to fresh. The stale burger patty completely ruined my appetite though! Awful experience
Such a pathetic customer service. The girl at the drive thru is literally bad mannered (21st April 5.45PM).Ordered 2 whooper burgers and got a plastic stickers within the burger. When questioned regarding this, the girl at the drive thru suddenly grabbed it from my hand and dumped it and refused to give back the proof. Managers name was PRABJOT and NAVNEET. GUYS PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND TRY TO AVOID THIS LOCATION and especially with that drive thru STAFF.
Horrible customer service. The cashier was giving old cold burnt fries. I had asked her to take the fires for fresh one, she GRABBED the bag roughly out of my hands.. she put them back neatly in the box and then back in the bag. I WATCHED HER DO IT. And then I said I saw what you did and I do need fresh fries. The manager stared me down like I didn't just pay for a proper meal. And then went on her head set and whispered something. Then the girl cam backhand said drive around 2 mins. I came back and no one was at the window I sat there waiting for a while then she came back and threw the bag. Not only that they gave me water instead of Sprite and when I looked at the fries, they were fresh ones at the top and they left the burned ones at the bottom.This location needs to close down! The customer service is horrible and the pot holes in the parking lot is dangerous to drivers and pedestrians. This entire burger kind location is neglected and poorly managed
I know that it is a junk food place but honestly I’m concerned about the hygiene level. The place is filthy! Staff are nice, but I feel that they are overworked to a point where they don’t follow any health and safety protocols! You can clearly see that where food is handled is not clean! Stained, and they don’t use gloves when bagging your food. It is disgusting, I’ll never go to this branch ever again
Ordered 2 Whopper combos, spent about $26.00, 2:30pm on a Friday to receive stale fries that were a small.or junior size. Not impressed. Must be too.much of an effort to.make fresh French fries. Won't be visiting this.location anymore. I will be checking my drive thru order from.now.on!.
People who work there(Drive-Thru) are either rude or will sleep on the speaker!! ALWAYS!!And always something they ran out of!!No pieNo toysNo frotopia!
