Service was terrible would not go back
Terrible experience at BP Winston Churchill. Somehow it was our fault that we didn't notify the manager that we had been waiting for over an hour for our food. Server conveniently forgot to mention that she forgot to punch in our order. It wasn't until the manager threw her under the bus that we realized that was the issue (she kept saying the kitchen was busy). No acknowledgment of the terrible customer service and left with our meals boxed straight from the kitchen as we couldn't stay longer. Actually got our bills before our food even came out. Manager also tried to tell us that we hadn't been seated that long (1.5hrs). Do not come here.
I don't recommend the BP at Winston park in Oakville. Today we arrived at 5:15. A group of 8 adults and 10 kids. The server did very well with the kids food and drinks. The adults however did not get their food until 6:45. When we advised the manager we were told that the kitchen timer had only been 20 minutes. Meaning the food order was not entered into the kitchen until 6:25. An hour and ten minutes after we sat. No appetizers were ordered. Just brutal service.
I love having food at Boston pizza. The vibe was really good and the infrastructure was also classy. We had a wonderful time here and great food.
Great experience with my bestie the waitress was great to us the food was pretty quickWe only had to wait 5 mins to be seated thank you so much ! ❤️
The service was great and attentive. The food and the drinks were alright however, nothing spectacular but also nothing bad. Good to go after the movies and you just want something regular.
The temperature was pretty cold inside, didn’t help to keep our food warm. Food was good though!
food was sooooooo good. we ordered a couple of things off the holiday menu. the Boston chowder was so good and filled with tons of shrimp. jambalaya pizza was filled with toppings and both guys really liked. I had the pickle pizza and loved the taste. will go back again for sure
The only BP I have ever been to that was a 5 star was in Ottawa. I recently went to dinner at this Oakville location with colleagues and the establishment was completely unprepared to host 20+ people in reserved event. The servers did their best to accommodate as well as make things right when drinks were forgotten, meals were incorrect and some folks had to wait upwards of 45 minutes for their meals while others had already finished theirs!A professionally managed restaurant makes sure that the proper number of staff are on hand and meals are all delivered at the same time! No excuses here. When I finally DID get my dish, it barely had any ravioli in it, excessive cheese and soggy garlic bread. I did not even receive my salad that I had repeatedly reminded them of. I decided not to temp fate and return it as I was just too frustrated to go down another rabbit hole.I praise the servers and the cook as this issue falls on management to own up to and NOT the employees! The employees worked hard to satisfy the group. All I heard from the manager was excuses. Just own it and improve.
This place has worst delivery. 30 minutes late and store cannot tell you when it will be delivered and apparently don’t really care. Don’t waste your time with this place. Poor customer service and lousy attitude.
