This is the only booster juice I have seen in a long time that follows every step in making juices as opposed to just tossing and blending all the fruits in one mixer.Really appreciate all the hard work!

Come here. Saw that double the ice cubes was put in double ice in my smoothie. When I had it. It was watery. Less taste. I tell all persons to watch the person carefully making it. Had it from different places ..And I know what I have. Not good. You want customer return ...make it right !!!
Terrible Customer Service, went in there to purchase a smoothie 12pm 0 customers in the store 3 employees looked at me not one offered to serve me or even acknowledge I was even there, they weren't too busy even a simple I will be with you in a second would have been good enough. waited close to 5 minutes then left . Will never return to that location again.

The two girls working in August 10 2020 were super rude!!! I was standing outside the door at 7:35pm as the policy is 4 at a time.... as soon as my turn came it was 7:55 and they just said me sorry we cannot serve you we are closing in 5 min.... they were in rush to just close.... wooooh hello how about you just serve who is waiting for 25min... very unprofessional.

I have been to this location a number of times now and cannot help but notice that the staff is a little “unfriendly”. Let me try and explain what i mean - they are not rude - just, not customer focused. As an example, i went in, ordered two drinks. The order was taken without a hint of smile. Almost like she is done with this job. Furthermore, the drink was prepared and left on the counter without letting me know that the order is ready, while I sat there on the table barely 2 ft away! If it was a busy place, i’d understand, but I was the only customer there at the time.May be they need some sort of a training to be more customer friendly...
I have been here dozens of times and although the smoothies are good Lindsay that works here is beyond rude. She has greeted myself and my family with a scowl and and hateful attitude every single time we've been here and we're actually not bad people! We've never been rude to her and we always use our manners. It's not just us, I've seen her treat other customers this way too. Shouldn't be acceptable. I shouldn't leave Booster Juice each time feeling remorseful from yet another bad experience with Lindsay. We won't be back to this location, too bad because it is close.
