I go to this location pretty much every weekend before work. The employees are quick, very friendly and always make my smoothies perfectly delicious.
Most incompetent staff that I have ever encountered - every answer to my question is "I don't know" and laughing at my complaints. As a manager, you should be aware on how to answer questions and take accountability when creating an order wrong. Everyone there seem like airheads and do not know anything. I understand that working in a pandemic is stressful, as an essential worker myself, but the service they have provided was too horrible not to write a complaint.
This location makes an excellent high impact acai. I always order through the app and it is ALWAYS ready and delicious when I arrive to pick up. Show these hard working employees some love and leave them a tip. Thank you for the work that you do because it's harder than what some may think.Keep up the great work!

Extremely rude staff. Tried entering to order and one of them found that yelling was the best way to tell a patron that a limited number of people are allowed inside. You should be able to control your temper and speak kindly to customers-even I know that, having worked in customer service myself. No amount of day to day stress makes that okay. Will lose business this way. Definitely not returning.

Talk about unwelcoming atmosphere omg. Never have we felt so unwelcome any where like yesterday. Or maybe we were served by a robot. We will never know. I mean how difficult is it to treat customers with minimal courtesy. Not worth the 9 dollars for a blended juice that probably cost one dollar.
