It tastes better than any location, maybe because of their great hospitality. We ordered like 10 mins before closing but still both of them were so nice. Definitely coming again :)

Love their ice creams. Small place where they are doing their best to keep social distance. Usually 2-3 people inside.

It's a chain, so the options are the same as others but if you enjoy Baskin Robbins of course you will enjoy this one too. They were busy but working efficiently and were pleasant.
Place is a dump! No covid guidelines followed. No gloves, asked to see a manager was ignored. More th 6 people inside. Place is tiny. Paint peeling off walls, hair on the floor. Super hot. Shocked the ministry has not checked up on this place.
Amazing employees and great ice cream!
Came to this store for the first time and probably the last. Thanks to the employee. On asking for a sample the girl told me it’s not allowed. I told her we can go out of the store, try it and come back. She still hesitated but agreed. Then I asked for 2 single scoops of ice cream and she gave me one cone with 2 scoops. I noticed she was holding the cones barehanded, no gloves. She cared for COVID on asking for a sample but didn’t card to wear gloves while serving. Owners need to seriously train their staff or hire better employees who work for customer service and don’t throw attitude or are rude towards customer.
Went to Baskin Robins however the staff violated all hygiene standards. Wearing no gloves, she moved the Dustbin at first and then went in to get waffle cones with those bare hands. She then scooped the ice cream (again no gloves) touching the ice cream with her fingers and the waffle from the top (not even the covered) paper part. Extremely disappointed with the lady especially considering that we are under a pandemic. Even if there’s no virus, wearing gloves is a basic regulation for a food employee. She should’ve atleast not touched the dustbin and then moving forward to touch the waffle. She also refused to provide me with another waffle cone.Baskin Robins - extremely disappointed. Never coming again!
