Was about to rate this place a 5.. can't even contact the store, number says it's not setup yet...Purchased a pad Thai with chicken and tofu (paid extra). I just got home, no tofu in the meal.. I also ordered a side of spring rolls, no issues.I'd try calling, though again number not setup. 20min drive from my place so not worth driving back for this.. the wait is always long though the food was always good. Staff are friendly otherwise.The cashier and even the gentleman who gave me my order asked if I wanted a receipt (yes), then asked if it was okay I'm the bag (yes).no receipt in the bag--just disappointed...
Taste was pretty good but I have to give it 3 stars simply because of portions. I went to pick up dinner for me and my partner. We ordered a chicken bowl and beef bowl. It’s healthy, ingredients tasted fresh for the most part - rice was on the dry-end though. For the price you don’t get a good portion size for dinner. Seemed like something we would be maybe satisfied with for lunch definitely not for dinner. For that we are disappointed. We ordered a pizza shortly after.
The food I ordered stir fry chicken has a lot of flavours but it could have been better if I tasted more meat in there than green bell peppers. My son thinks the garlic rice is little sour for his taste. Though everyone liked the fried chicken with all the dipping sauces on the sides. Overall, it could still improve it’s quality given there’s a lot of competition around the area that will give you more for less.
I make the trip to this location as I’ve always had issues with Square 1. Staff is friendly, and this location is always stocked in all of their ingredients.Absolutely love that I can rely on them for a lunch or dinner option as my husband and I are both gluten and dairy free and with how delicious the ingredients are, I always feel great and never bloated.
Great experience whether ordering in person or through uber eats. Food portion is spot on and tasty. They are kind to accommodate specific requests such as making the base part salad and part rice. They pay attention to customer notes and requests. The last time I ordered through uber eats they placed the sauces in separate containers and the drink was in a sealed bottle. I was very impressed with how they had packaged the food and drink giving consideration to Covid and health protocols. We are frequent patrons of this location and will continue to be!
Did take out and looked very healthy and was done with my traditional places I eat.I could start with any choices and protein and lastly saices / toppings .Got myself custom veggie bowl with brown rice , mid spicy sauce . Being vegetarian i hoped they could let us get all 5-6 options of veggies to add rather then only 2 .Rest all was good and worth a try . But surely they should Consider extra topping as part of price . As it is decent priced

I recently ordered shrimp Pad Thai with extra shrimp through delivery and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of shrimp I got (it was a lot, just how I like it) While I personally wasn’t a fan of the Pad Thai - nothing is wrong with it, just personal preference, the chili lime shrimp was amazing! I’m excited to try more.
I’ve been a weekly customer here since September. Amazing staff. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. I’m not sure how they don’t get stressed when there is a line up, because I do?. But they never crack under pressure. I think they are lead by Chris. He’s really knowledgeable about the menu and the food and great with the customers along with the rest of the staff. I love that they make my chicken pad Thai fresh for me. It’s always so tasty. The owner of this basil box should be very very happy with this staff. I love going here.
I know everyone makes mistakes here and there. But I drove 35 mins to eat here and I'm a little annoyed because the shrimp was overcooked pretty bad. I hope this is the only time I'm not satisfied with the food/service every other time it was great and I really hope it doesn't happen again.
