Coffee was good but couldn’t eat the bacon & egger since it was all over the place. Looks like they tossed it into the bag not caring at all. Cheese was all over the place, egg was soaked and dipping all over. Wasn’t happy about it at all.
Love the burgers there. Fresh, juicy, fair pricing. Service was great, good place for some late night snacks/dinners.
Does it make sense to place an order and they estimated the delivery within 23 minutes then the time was increasing till it became 1 hours and 30 minutes? !! That really represents how professional the customer services here are… they didn’t even bother to call.
This was the first and last time I would go to this place; this is my true experience and have nothing against anyone. The sandwiches we ordered through drive though was cold and drink was warm , when I asked why there is no ice in the drink , I was told they never have ice but the drink is cold which wasn’t at all. nothing similar to the advertisement. Awful just awful.
Absolutely worst A&W I have ever had. Don’t bother going there late at night. Food was cold. Cheese on the poutine was cold like it just came out of the fridge. There was also a gray hair in the poutine. Disgusting.
Frosty mugs bring me so much joy. I’d been to the drive through at this location a few times but discovered that dine in patrons can get frosty mugs! Simple things done well are the best.
Tonight I went through drivethru at 11:30pm, ordered a Chicken Buddy w extra pickles and 2 buddy burgers w no onions.I ate the Chicken Buddy first.Then I took a large bite of my first buddy burger and instinctively threw up. There were tons of onions of both of my burgers. I ask for no oni ns for good reason.So, I drove 15 mins back to tell them my issue and they wouldn’t give me replacements without the food or reciept. I told them I had to through it out. They told me they couldn’t help me.I told them I am never coming back.What a joke for customer service this is.YOU messed up my order and it literally makes me sick, and then you KEEP MY $6 and I go hungry???What an embarrassment.I’m disgusted.
The store is never open in the early mornings.They advertise being open at 6am but recently I tried stopping for coffee before work (around 715am) and the lights were off and no one was inside. On another occasion someone answered the speaker and rudely said they were not open yet and needed another 30minutes. Again this was around 730am.Very long wait times for the smallest orders
