Have you ever been to a restaurant and thought "man, if I ever open a place like this I'd make all of this but better"? The moment I stepped into Yonge Burger I knew the owner must've had that thought in the past. This place is a work of love from someone that clearly loves excellence in dining experiences.They have such warm, welcoming environment. The staff is super friendly and proactive - you can feel they're interested in you having the best possible time. The place itself is either new or EXTREMELY well kept. It's all super clean and tidy, everything sparkles. Even visiting their washroom is a fancy experience.Moving on to the actual food, the experience maintains the same level of excellence. For starters, a few remarks:- we ordered combos for 3 persons, and despite getting a lot of items everything was on our table in less than 5 minutes. They're extremely efficient!- we were very surprised when we saw the amount of food we were getting. Everything was very generously portioned, and it frankly felt like we got way more than we paid for.From our first experience, everyone agreed the sandwiches were top notch. The amount and quality of ingredients were the best we've ever seen for a sandwich. Their burgers are really thick, and you can tell they were made out of some pretty noble cuts of meat. The bread and sauce used for all main options are very flavorful, and work really well with their patty without overpowering it.This was just our first contact with the place, but rest assured that by the time you read this review we're probably already regulars at Yonge Burger.PS: Highly recommend trying out their Hot Apple Pie! It's stuffed with delicious, hot, creamy apple, enveloped in a fine, sweet and crunchy crust!
I can't quite recall the last time I was so amazed by a restaurant service. Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. The place looks gorgeous and you can feel that the owner has put a lot of thought building the place and caring deeply for the customer experience. You would even have the same nice feeling just going to the washrooms.The menu has several options with creative names after Toronto's street intersections.I got the Finch & Yonge sandwich and it tasted delicious. The high quality 7.2oz burger was perfectly prepared resulting in a tasty and juicy meat. And all other toppings made for a great combination. All their ingredients are fresh and have a very high quality, and I personally loved their mushrooms.The sandwich is very well served and has a size that will definitely leave you satisfied.You can't leave without trying their meal option with French fries, they are delicious!They were out of avocado today, but I'll definitely come back to try the Wilson & Younge sandwich. I know I'll have another great surprise trying their crispy avocado.
Some of the most delicious burgers I've ever had! The meats were sooo thick and juicy! The mac & cheese bites and cauliflower bites were also amazing. The staff were super sweet and kind, really appreciated the service!
Hands down the BEST Burger in the city. Whenever I get the urge for a berg its hard to top my own,, A big pain in the arse. BUT no more!! Because Yonge Burger is is the best of the best Burg's in Toronto! French fries, onion rings are delicious too. Also, you can't beat the price. Also Quality & Service is outstanding.
Not only do their names capture the city's geography, but their burgers are absolutely delicious. They use grass-fed beef patties that are 7.2 oz in size which is extremellyyyyy filling and a lot of protein! We loved both burgers we tried and were so full afterwards! If you love pairing a sunnyside up egg and bacon with your burger, def get the yonge n st clair ($16) if you want that extra protein, go for the steeles and yonge for an extra chicken patty on top of the already large beef patty ($16) Check out our Instagram @eatwithjessandjohn for more local eats!

The Queen Burger came with THICK Onion Rings as a topping for their burger, it was SO crispy on every bite! The St Clair Burger came with a Sunny Side Up Egg on their Bacon Cheeseburger, it’s meant to be messy and this burger totally won our hearts!! Both the burgers were insanely juicy, THICK (7.2oz Handmade Beef Patties), their Secret Sauce also married everything together really well, OMG! Their Buffalo Wings were juicy, crispy, flavourful, and a MUST get to go with the burgers! The Poutine was missing bacon, but it came loaded with Chicken, topped with gravy, cheese curds in it were perfect, I mean, look at the cheese pull!
Ordered the black bean burger. The taste was great, however I feel it could use a bit more seasoning. Taking down one star because one of the sauces was super runny, almost water like consistency. Rest the burger was fully enjoyable!
My first meal in 2022 is absolutely amazing! We tried Yonge Burger, located in North York. They offer massive halal AAA 7.2oz grass-fed beef patty. It is antibiotic free and seasoned only with salt & pepper. Look how juicy it is!All of their ingredients are high quality, and hand-picked by the talented Chef Adi. You can really tell the difference. Their price is very affordable considering the gourmet quality you got!Named after each intersection crossing on Yonge St, we tried:- Yonge & Eglinton: the melted cheese blanket and buttery caramelized onions are delicious!!- Yonge & Queen: the onion rings are golden thick and crispy, a perfect topping for the burger. They also used secret sauce, definitely cannot pass on this burger.Other than the burger, a must order is the CHICKEN WINGS!! Beautiful-crispy golden brown in the outside and cooked perfectly inside. You can pick the sauce, either honey garlic, BBQ, mild or even hot sauce. I can’t stop eating itThey also offers poutine with variety of toppings, from savoury to sweet - Nutella poutine, wow!! We tried the Hotdog poutine, and they use vegetarian gravy. Ouff!! Not heavy, not too salty, which I really like it!!!Arash and Chef Adi are super friendly and very accommodating. And what makes their food so special is their passion and dedication to serve the best quality Burger for the customers.We really amazed that Arash, himself designed the store, from the interior, wall art, and menu. We ordered Finch burger and Eglinton. They were both super delicious, that we enjoyed aloooot. Also the fries are good and special; I am sure they have their own recipe for their fries.You have to try it.To the restaurant manager: thank you for the nice "thank you note" in my bag. please keep doing what you are doing now. I hope the quality will always be same as today.
It’s my first time trying burgers from this place and I’m over satisfied with my experience. I ordered through Uber eats and they have a huge variety of burgers and toppings, the burger itself is absolutely delicious and juicy. Considering how much juice is in the burger I was very surprised that the bun wasn’t soggy. Overall I think this is one of the best burger places of not the best and it was very cute and sweet that the owners included a thank you note.
