The tapioca was the only saving grace of this placeThey got my drink order wrong, forgot to give me ice in this steaming hot weather, and last of all, didn't label the drinks so we had no idea which drink was what or who'sBBT lovers beware?
I do understand it might be not restaurants problem but still they need to improve how they packed fro delivery order. It has happened me for 3 times now. Also I orders for no ice but what I actually received was with Full of ice.
No flavour. Tapioca was not fresh at all, milk tasted stale. Not coming back to this location

Got their lunar special $8 for two. Their pearls were chewy and good but i think the milk tea was premade for days or something. They just poor the milk tea in the cup, shows premade and not freshly made. The taste was okay but didnt allow us adjust sweet levels because it was special. However, the drinks made us booth had stomache. Will not return to this location.
My friend and I were on a bubble tea hunt on Yonge Street, and I suddenly recalled Xing Fu Tang, but I have no idea where it was until I mapped it out. South side of Sheppard Avenue, with Green P parking on the street beside the store (no free parking sorry!)We ordered one Brown sugar with milk tea and one with just fresh milk for me (since I can't do caffeine as usual, especially at night!). It was definitely love at first taste! The sweetness was just right, and the caramelized brown sugar tapiocas were delicious. I'd say this is probably one of the best Brown Sugar bubble teas I've ever had.They also have the giant Fortune Telling display where you pick a random stick with a number on it, find the drawer that corresponds with that number, and voila, the paper inside the drawer unfolds your fortune!
One of worst bubble tea I ever had. Basically just milk within artificial favor. Even forgot blend it. DO NOT BUY IT!

I really like how they have a luck shake number for you to have some new experience with your friend / partner
