Office hours for a restaurant? I just saw 3 people turn away as they close at 4 pm! Other what a bagel shops close at 5 pm.

My go to place for Bagels so delish with lox and cream cheese yummy service always pleasant and curtious. I highly recommend this location for bagels and fresh breads.

Wasted my lunch break waiting for a smoothie for 25 minutes. When I asked the older woman with glasses where it was after 15 minutes she looked up at me and ignored me, I had to ask twice when another worker came up and spoke to me. Wrong smoothie was made, had to make another.
You can get a great chicken salad bagel with fresh toppings and a sofa for under $10. Fast courteous service too. :)

As always, the bagels are delicious but the person who served us this morning was not at all attentive or engaged. She gave green onion cream cheese instead if dill and I also watched her make the guy behind me his bagel and he told her twice he wanted tomatoe and cucumber and she only put cucumber. He was imon the phone so he did not realize she messed up his order. We did not realize she messed ours up until we left.
I don’t leave reviews often. But this is absolutely absurd. I called ahead to make an order so I don’t have to wait in the line (ordered an avocado BLT) I get there and they don’t have it and gave it someone else accidentally. I ask them to remake my order and they give me the wrong order. My 2 star review is not in regards to the food, the food is tastes great. But the staff is lacking brains.
